Hey there, congratulations on hack of the week! You deserved it! Keep up the good work, and just for the sake of it, I'll end this sentence with an exclamation mark!
 
Sorry for everyone who wants to see more of this hack, but I am going to have a mod close this. Due to Windows Live Beta 09, my computer is now completely messed up, so I suggest to you all that if you have it, remove it.

I will eventually resume Distant, because I love hacking more than playing hacks XD..
I ensure you, this thread will eventually be reopened. But for the meantime, it will remain closed until my computer is fixed.

You will also be seeing less of me

I'm sorry if you guys were expecting a beta or an alpha, but the reason I opened this again is because Distant is back in progress with new things and in my opinion, it is alot better than my old one. So expect great things with Distant again!

Mapping Sarego Jungle
 
Oooh, Looks great! I love everything, and I'm sure I'll love everything in the future. Cangratz on having it back up and running. Anyways, Luck~
 
If luck is on our side, we should have Whitefrost City, and it's connecting routes started tonight. Right now we are inserting the tiles, so expect new screens of those places sometime this week!

Maps with the snow tiles:

-Whitefrost City -Location of the second "gym"
-Whyara Narrows - Very narrow route, connecting from Whitefrost to Gupuron Highlands
-Gupuron Highlands -A mountainous route, connecting to Frostcicle town
-Frostcicle Town -A small, mountainous town, which has the entrance to Freezewater Cave
-Freezewater Cave- A long frozen cave

I actually guessed that you were going to say OW sprites. Most likely, they will be in by Beta 2. They aren't a big objective in this hack for me. I mostly want a good storyline, along with the steady flow of gameplay relating to the storyline. Don't worry, they will be added at some point, too! And if you guys are lucky and someone steps up and volunteers to insert them... they could be in by beta 1!


Also, I have another note:
There will be-
Alpha- Third Gym
Beta- Complete first region
Beta2- Up to sixth badge
Beta3- Complete Second region
Beta4- All bonus areas (Safari Zone, Treemaze.. ect)
Final- Complete game with minimal flaws, or hopefully no flaws =D

Ohhhh! I love the snow tiles dude(I love snow tiles ^^) whats next? and how far along are you?
 
Look at the progress section. If you're too lazy, we are relatively close map wise.
