Oo i thought horus deleted that server since gpo is gps now...
well i dont have my ftp account data anymore, i got to wait for horus to come online and give them to me again^^
when i got access again ill upload it there

i think thats the end of the beta
 
yes, if you go up to hawksham and try to exit the upper way (just go straight to the top) there should be a person.
Maybe it worked and the person is there, talk to her/him.^^
if not...well that's not necessary.

but it's the end, the person won't tell u things to proceed.
 
there is another bug the game glitches wen you go do the sparrowdale bar event me and my friend tried it and it wouldnt work
 
which patch did you play?
I'll now delete my patch, and there'll be only one (I'm currently fixing bugs)
In my patch the level script worked, I am now making it work in the other one as well.
I'll also try to give the player the national dex.
 
most scripting bugs were fixed now:

-barevent
-barkeeper
-girl in front of gym
-old man in bloominggrove
-red should give u the national dex now
-veridian city mart guy was replaced(route 1)
-u now see chansey, it was invisible before?
-sign in bloominggrove
-sign in bloomingwoods (game doesn't freeze anymore)
-old man in sparrowdale pokecenter now doesn't let the game freeze
-sure something else as well, but I can't remember anything at the moment
-...

uhm totally forgot to fix that Oo
one of the stairs has a wrong warp it leads you to the exit of the cave behind the pokemon
you should come from thee other side and activate a script

ill fix it and reupload it to the same url

edit: download it from the url from my previous post again, its fixed
 
town map item still doesnt work
and next to the sign saying blooming grove quiet and pieceful ontop of the blue flowers is an invisible block

the sign near the end of bloomingwoods says viridian city on it
and the sign near the two team shadow members in the woods doesnt work
the woman at the start of genesis mountain if you try and talk to her she crashes the game

other then that i enjoyed the beta

are you going to change the way flash is obtained instead of having to catch 10 pokemon your mom could give it you at the bar

Is it just me, or when you talk to the old man in BloomingGrove from below, he turns into a malfunctioning Pokeball item?
 
X-Buster actually just deleted him and replaced him with another person, picture number 1 (so hero).
I changed the picture number to old man and gave him a new offset, so in the latest version it should work.

blackmage: thx for the information, but what exactly doesn't work about the town map?
aren't u able to open it, is it bugged, what is it?

He means, when you open the Town Map from your bag, it freezes.
 
Bugs

when opening the map it just loads a black screen which you cant exit

and also on one of the stairs on the route leading up to genesis mountain is an invisible block

past the first bugcatcher in genesis mountain if you use the ladder you will arrive at a very glitchy screen

when you defeat your rival the exit the mountain if you reenter the mountain you will warp to different part

and if you try to walk where your rival was you get stuck and the game crashes

bug catcher robber also mentions cerulean city

the sign outside genesis mountain says mt moon

the last team shadow member in hawksham after beating him his text is a bit crazy

day care center is glitchy

an item on rom reaverz ship crashes game

when using cut your sprite changes back to the original

when riding arcanine the movements are a bit too fast

genesis mountain events

every event with team shadow is exciting !!

tiles

hero/heroine/arcanine ride/samara

you gonna change solid snakes battle sprite ? at the moment he is female


I have currently completed the beta and well......it was amazing the story was fantastic
team shadow were actually quite strong and the arcanine ride is the best transport method in any pokemon game

theres one thing i hate ! the beta was too short :)
