Pokemon Heart Gold/ Soul Silver and Pokemon Stadium 3?

    In the second generation (Gold, Silver, and Crystal), there was a game called Pokemon Stadium. And I was playing Platinum and Battle Revolution and noticed Lucas wasn't in his Platinum outfit, so I was thinking that to have his outfit and Gold/ Soul's outfit they would need a new game (or an update), so do you think there would be Pokemon Stadium 3 or Pokemon Battle Revolution 2? (This was my brothers idea :P).

    Moved here, as it really doesn't bear much relation to HG/SS, seeing it's on the possibility of a 'Stadium 3' game (although PBR is essentially a Stadium three, minus stuff such as the minigames and with stuff such as WiFi).

    I also doubt they would make a game just because they don't have the clothes the HG/SS people wear ot a lack fo Platinum clothes, tbh... it could happen, but it certainly wouldn't be down to just that. (After all, Genius Sonority made PBR, not Game Freak - different company anyway which won't mind too much about it either, I would imagine).
     
    Hmmm they possibly could because of the newer forms of Pokemon and there were two 3d games for the N64, 2 for the GC so they could possibly make another for the Wii seeing it's this time of year for Pokemon Announcements with the movie, HG/SS and a new Wiiware Pokemon game coming I wouldn't be surprised if they made Pokemon Batlle Revolution 2 or Pokemon Stadium 3 or maybe another 3d adventure game like XD and Colosseum.
     
    I'd like a new Pokemon Stadium game..IMO PBR sucked (They took out the mini games, gym leader castle, AND the free battles....for what, WiFi?) Hell, I'd take a sequel to Gales of Darkness...I was very disapointed in PBR though.

    But I don't think they'd make another Stadium game or Battle Revolution just because of Heart Gold & Soul Silver

    Well I was thinking that because G/S/C had a Stadium, so I thought HG/SS would have it.
     
    I hope in a game like XD or Colosseum but , obviously , improved ...
     
    Another stadium/colosseum game is bound to happen soon with the new sprites (giritina origin form/rotom forms/sky shaymin) and of couse the player sprites, so before long we should see another one coming out
     
    I really wouldn't mind a game like XD/Colosseum. I don't think we need another all-battling game, IMO, as I rarely played the mini-games in Stadium. And aren't the 8 Master sets pretty much like Gym Leader Castle? The lack of a Pokemon rpg on a console is forcing me to buy XD again..
     
    I hope they do. :( So long as they have minigames, I will buy a Wii Pokemon game. Lame as it sounds, they were the main reasons I never bothered with the GCN games or PBR. They can't seem to get a decent plot in these games anyway so they may as well go back to the old formula and give me my minigames back. ;o;
     
    well, alot of people have seen in the video of the japanese people playing Heart Gold and Soul Silver on the Pokemon Battle Revolution and seen Gold and Soul/Heart on it, I personally never seen them, but its probably just going to be a big update that is going to be released over Nintendo Wifi when Heart Gold and Soul silver is released, plus they wouldn't waste time on a new wii game as Heart Gold and Soul Silver is reported to be the end of the Pokemon Franchise, which I hope is not true. :(
     
    Hopefully it will be less rushed then PBR was. It has the potential to be an awesome game at best, or a mediocre game at worst.

    Hyper beam at the ground will actually leave a mark!

    Animations when pokémon are sent out, and when they attack and miss, or dodge, ext.!

    Mini-games!

    Pikachu won't stay in a standing position in the air while being oblivious to the fact that Machamp just sent it high in the sky with Seismic Toss!

    And much much more...
     
    i looooooooved pokemon stadium. and im really hoping for the sequel. that and pokemon snap 2 (:
     
    Pokemon stadium was alright, but I still wonder why they never made one for generation 3, its' kinda weird
