"Sure." Felix replied, continuing to stroke Skie while he spoke. The little Swablu seemed to enjoy all kinds of affection and the boy considered it a suitable reward for a job well done. "We were planning on heading there anyway. Although I think Skie has seen enough action for one day so we'll probably just watch." he smiled fondly at the bird pok?mon again, recieving a surprisingly strong smile in return. There was something distinctly different about the little Swablu, she seemed to be ever so slightly stronger than she was before she battled, as if she had grown. Well... Felix concluded in his mind I suppose they'll be able to tell me about that at the pok?mon center
"She'll be fine." Felix repeated, beginning to worry about Sheba's reaction. He himself had grown used to seeing pok?mon injured and then brought back to consciousness in a matter of minutes, what with having no less than two experienced trainers in the house, although he had to admit that Skie's condition was slightly worrying as well. And of course, there was always that crucial difference between being injured and being KOed.
Felix broke into a run shortly after the girl did, although his running was slightly more controlled and he didn't crash into anyone.
"This one needs healing too." Felix added to the nurse, gently handing over the near-unconscious form of Skie. The Swablu seemed to feel like protesting at first, but nurse Joy, obviously used to this as well, quickly gained the bird pok?mon's confidence by stroking it a bit and murmuring a few soothing words to it.
"Your pok?mon will be restored to full health and returned to you momentarily." she told the two trainers, "Please wait."
Felix nodded, nudging Sheba to follow him over to some vacant seats nearby. Noticing the worry in the girl's eyes, nurse Joy made a short addition to the usual lines. "Don't worry." she said softly "Your Eevee will be just fine, I promise." with that, the nurse dissapeared behind the counter, taking the two pok?mon with her.
