I think the hair needs a small amount of work
But it looks great overall.

Isnt the Pokemon going to be random?

random as in 3 Pokemon.

The next town will have special tiles at the entrance only for the egg event. If you step on the left one, one of the three starters will hatch. Step on the next one another one will hatch and so on. When the starters are released, you'll have to figure out yourself which tiles hatch which pokemon.

The egg event is the one where certain tiles activate a certain pokemon hatching from the egg. Does that have anything to do with scripting? If not, ill think of another event.

Could you do the other starter possibly? If not, thats ok, but i'd appreciate it. And awesome new water starter, is it based off anything or did you do it from scratch?

By other starter, do you mean the Dark/Grass and Dark/Fire?
If so, then sure.
