I am surprised that nobody asked about Bill being in Twinleaf Town in front of the Hero's house. Well to find out why hes there you have to play the game!

Well actually on your first trip to Sinnoh , you will take a train, and you will arrive in Jubilife City.

When the time comes to take the noat it will take you to canavale city. That however wont be until Beta 3 when you defeat the Elite 4 of Johto

I am not gonna spoil too much so I am just going to say that there is more than one Elite four in the game.

Your hack is amazing... i've never seen anyone do anything as well as you did. where is the tileset from? it's pretty cool. can't wait.
