4th Gen Pokemon opal revealed!

That picture be BIIIGGGG! Maybe one should resize it...

Also - it doesn't mean it be true - I have my doubts and anyone can make up a Japanese Opal poster (look at the one for the 'remakes' of GSC, which are fake as well!). Website which hosted the picture has no articles on it or anything as well - maybe just a picture a user made for the heck of it.

The only way one can be certain, is IF Nintendo went and say so themselves that it is the case. Then and only then. And the BIG websites (Serebii, for instance), or CoroCoro magnazine would also be there if it was revealed as reliable sources.

And the supposed boxart for this is real? Its already been said the japanese boxart is created months before the english, and that the artwork isnt even sugimuri's (<<Spelling?) like every other game :|
 
The GSC and third installment is fake YET.
Because Nintendo still hadn't make any announcement,
but like I said the official Japanese CoroCoro Comics will reveal what is the new RPG game,
so don't believe anything you see in the internet, until an announce is made.

Um doesnt anyon notice this. It shows that it will happen. Jeez its like you guys want to deny the fact that its coming.
 
Ignoring the date that was very believable for me.

In the third versions there is always:

A story re-shuffle
Some form of Battle Tower
And a shuffle of trainers and buildings etc

However:
Voice commands - possible, huge fan service.
3D graphics - huge fan service but unlikely
Lugia and Ho-oh - that would rule out a GSC re-make and a cash cow.

EDIT: on the 15th of this month we will officialy find out anyway.

That one is real, apparently.

However, the huge scan you posted earlier is fake. The registered trademark symbol next to the "Opal" logo is badly copy and pasted - it still has a yellow background, though it's on top of a pink letter.

Also, I recognize the battle screenshots - they were preview screens of DP, showcasing gender differences.

Finally, note it says (C) 2007, not 2008, at the bottom, so it's quite old. Someone would have reported it by now if it was real.

Again, I think the smaller scan is genuine. However, it rules out a GS remake (until after the 3rd DP is released, anyway).
 
Same here! Thing is, the DP storyline is sort of "cut off", as there is no proper ending to me. All we do is catch all of the legendaries.. not much of an ending.
 
I think the game`s storyline will be realted with the 11th movie. The batlle between Dialga and Palkia goes somehow wrong, Palkia distorts the space and the two of them "fall" in parallel world, where Giratina lives. And you are also there, watching everything. That would`ve been cool.
 
I think just because the third version is due out soon, it doesn't mean this is real. It's a joke of something that will obviously happen. Hell i could make that, does that make it official?

The only truth here is that red and white CoroCoro (?) scan that shows an official anouncement to be made in the next issue May 15th, serebii agrees see 14/04/08

Also, the Wifi symbol is at the bottom of the American Animal Crossing WW release for no real apparent reason. So, while not true in this case, it isn't THAT farfetch'd.
 
Ok, let's get something straight here, because this thread is full of ignoramuses.

Nobody is denying that a third game of the fourth gen is coming out. We all know it's a foregone conclusion, and the announcement next week or whenever is most likely going to announce it. What people are contesting is that:

a) this article is a phony
b) the game will not be coming out in a month and a half from now, and
c) not many, if any, of those features mentioned are going to be in this new game.

Please, stop posting the same crap over and over again. The whole argument of this thread is a dead issue, leave it at that until this announcement is made next week.
 
the moment i hit the part about lugia and ho oh, i was like who are they trying to fool? anyway i believe its fake hands down...
