    Pokemon Orchestral Arrangement is a project founded and lead by me that mixes and "reorchestrates" music from the Pokemon series. Our goal is to make mixes of the Pokemon video game music so that they may be heard the way we feel it was meant to be heard.

    Pokemon Orchestral Arrangement was originally founded by me in October, 2007. It was partially inspired by the similar Zelda Reorchestrated group. Soon word had caught on in their forums as I posted my work there, and after a short time, a team had built and POA had grown into a full fledged mixing project.

    We start with MIDIs from various (credited) sources, and we mix them and "reorchestrate" them with realistic Instrument Audio Samples of various types.

    Well you already know my input. Thanks to you I built up a nice playlist of lovely tracks to listen to. :> I think they're fantastic, they're very enjoyable to listen to. This is the first project of its kind that I've ever come across and quite frankly...I'm impressed. Keep up the good work, all of you.

    This seriously reminds me of Project: ReMix for the Final Fantasy series, which is a good thing to be compared to.

    I listened to a few of the songs, and I have to say that I'm glad that you, and the others, are doing this project. Listening to these old songs in a new way bring back some memories for me. ^^

    I'll definitely have to come back and listen to the other tracks. Good luck on everything, and hope to listen to some new songs soon!
     
    Oh, wow! The music sounds absolutely beautiful and wonderful construction!
    I listened to most of them and they all sound very nice and holds somewhat of an alikeness to the original but still remixed and all.

    Hoping to hear some more! ^.^
     
    What can I say? As the videogame music fanatic I am, I can only say: fantastic work.
    I have saved most of it for a playlist. It's a very nice mixture between the originals and a remix touch. The "Goldenrod City theme" by AntiRellik is specially genius. I'm looking forward to hearing more of this.

    This is amazing! I haven't listened to many of the tracks yet, but AntiRellik's Lance battle remix from G/S/C simply blew me away. I cannot find the words to describe its awesomeness.

    I absolutely love the R/S/E remixes! You're really doing a great job on this project!
    But just so you know, I get a 404 error for "Victory Road - Remix "Victory Load".
    Besides that! Great project! It takes talent to do stuff like that.
     
    I haven't listened to all of them but I LOVE the SSBB Pokemon Battle and Elite Four: RSE. This is a nice project you got going here.

    I was impressed with the bicycle theme from D/P, and Mt. Chimney cause they're two of my favorite songs from the games, ESPECIALLY Mt. Chimney. I really liked Tori's version of Route 27 too, it sounds so official, something that you'd hear on a GameCube game XD

    What they said was true, I am interested. I really like the idea, for the Pokémon-music has some truly great themes in them. A proper orchestration makes them really good.
    Of course, a recording of a real orchestra playing these reorchestrations would be the best we can get - but these mp3s are getting there!

    I am Ivar, and I compose the music for Pokémon Acanthite, the project led by Fangking. I work with Sibelius 5... would it be allowed for me if I wanted to try a reorchestration too? Just asking, I might want to give it a try when I find the time.

    You guys rock! These arrangements are very well done. I find myself listening to them over and over again (particularly Tori's Route 27 and the Suicune Battle Theme). They are way better than the ones that have been orchestrated for Coloseum and XD.

    I liked Kurogane, the Diving one and Ecrtueak the best. Ecruteak actually made me cry. It brought out something I never heard in that song before.
