I dont get it, is it supossed to be so cute, everyone loves it? Its not that great of a hack. Other hacks have are better then this, but they end up getting rejected

I guess it's just not for you then. I mean, lots of people like Pikachu, so I thought this would be a good idea. Apparently it was -- even people who aren't normally interested in rom hacks like it, and the response has been mostly positive. :D

Anywhoo, I'll be putting up more screenshots tomorrow, once I finish editing the main character overworlds. :3

Well, i do.
I've been hacking for quite a while now.
Btw, it's not that hard to make this hack.
Because you're just changing some little stuff.
Which is easy.
A good hack takes alot of hard work.
This hack doesn't look like it has put hard work into it.

But I Agree He Needs More I Could Probably Do This in My Sleep(and I Am Only a Grade B Hacker at Most)
 
This looks funny for like half of a second but not fun.
Once you realize everyone's a pikachu (which only takes downloading the game, I'll add), it's just fire red and not funny.

I guess we know you can insert your own sprites though?
Better luck next time.

'kay, may I ask why you think I ever implied this was hard to make? And I completely disagree about a good hack needing a lot of work. I've seen some awful ones that people worked on for months or years. If you don't have anything else to say other than "lolol it's easy", I suggest you leave this thread.

I'm sooo looking forward to the sequel, Pichu's Uprise, Kenji. Great hack!

And at all of those people saying that hacks that don't have effort put into them are bad, look around at some of the hacks in Progressing Hacks. They're good, but don't necassarily have much real effort behind them.
 
I have to give up hacking now, I mean this hack just shows what I'll never be.
