Get Fly in Lithopone City Look For Leroy's House his son will give HM 02 (aka Fly)
 
found some stuff
1. pinearoma villa when you go in the battle tower the game freezes
2. the events that happened earlier game starts again
3.litte error in sky castle the room has like a pinkish glitch
4. trainers rebattle me when i didnt talk or call them.
 
I found a bug in the tower in pinearoma villa. everytime i enter it the event with wind always occurs.

To get rid of that bug in Pinearoma Villa try updating to the fixed patch no.10
@ashketchum24 to stop repeated events Beat the E4 again

Yes, you can only fly to Marble City and Mugwort Villa yet, I tried to add flying points to the other city, but this always make them glitched, so I still need time to fix it.

Maybe, and of course, mega Pokemon are stronger than the normal ones.

The bug in battle tower was already fixed. What's more, the other bugs haven't been fixed since I can't find out the reason why they happens.

Sorry for that, but I think I've fixed it in the newest beta.

Sorry for being late, but I was too busy recently, and now, I think I can release the Beta 3, this beta ends after you defeated the elite four of TYRON Region.
