Emerald hack: Pokemon Resolute Version (Version 2.97 Released)

I have searched a very long time but i just couldn't find 9 shards i could only find 7
i have searched moss cave, shale tunnel and windy cave and i only found seven, can you help me?
 
Where can I find joltik? And most other electric type

I only import texts by XSE and Hex Editor, and I rarely use text editor, I think you can easily find some text editors in internet.

You need Moon Stone to evolve Sneasel. And you'll get Froakie in Marble City of TYRON Region.

Solar City is a good place for seeking for Feebas, I think. You can find some in those ponds.

You can get some shards from some wild Pokemon, for example, you can get Green Shard from Trapinch and Sigilyph, you can get Red shard from Tentacool and Dwebble, you can get Yellow Shard from Qwilfish.

Electrike, Elekid, Mareep, Tynamo, Jolteon, Shinx, Blitzle, Emolga and Magnemite are all Electric-Type Pokmon, majority of them can be found easily, so I think there're enough Electric-Type Pokemon for you.

No, you can't heal your Pokemon there, it's a place only for battle and a legendary Pokemon event, so I didn't put a place for healing Pokemon.

Thank you very much. Maybe it would be possible to add more events once I learned how to add more trainer sprites in a emerld rom.
 
please help! i cannot figure out for the life of me HOW to get to cedar city!! the ferry brought me back to Lithopone city. i cannot use surf or fly to get there. please help

Where do you find Aron in this game? Ive been running around looking for one for days. I was hopeing thathe steel type gym would have at least one but I didn't see any...
