Pokemon Rumble World - Free To Play!

I love this game, though I'm a bit miffed that I haven't caught a Swampert. I thought I'd be able to get him easy in the tutorial. Guess I'm gonna have to find him another way.

I think the wait times are perfect for a guy like me, though. This isn't a game I'd want to play in long spats, otherwise I'd be crippled and have to scrounge up cash for microtransactions.
 
I'm actually glad that there's a cap of 3000 Pokediamond purchase. That's probably more than enough to grab all the balloons. As for other upgrades, simply playing he game and collecting the diamonds is more than enough. Plus, we get a few exclusives from buying it.

The cheapest amount needed to spend on 3000 Pokediamonds is $37.5 for the US, which is equivalent to one game. I say that's quite worth it unlike Pokemon Shuffle's micro-transactions. And since there's a cap, you're probably not going to waste too much on this game haha.

I actually chucked out $5 on Pokediamonds 'cause honestly, this game is so much worth the money than Pokemon Shuffle. Eh, I had $5 laying around my E-Shop anyway not getting used so... yeah.
 
This game is fun, cute and addicting. I've managed to catch Suicune, happy as I kept losing Latias and Latios. It's troublesome trying to land on those 3 star stages! i also think the little story quests and ability to customise your Mii is very cute.

I think I heard somewhere that all 719 pokemon (which would be excluding unreleased legendaries) are available in the game. I was very happy to hear that!

Is anyone else having a problem with freezing? Occasionally the music will stop, and then about 10 seconds later the game will freeze and I have to turn the system off. I hope they release a patch soon :/ unless it's my system, which I think is unlikely since it's a new nintendo 3DS I got for christmas.
 
It's really fun! I downloaded this last night and I'm really enjoying everything about it so far. The diamond currency is a little off putting, but you can earn them so it's not impossible to get them without paying. Overall though I'd say it's great for a free downloadable title.
 
its a really great and fun game I already bought the discount diamonds and its even more fun then the other entries in the series

My game is clocked at around 17 hours now and I'm at rank 34 and I have yet to encounter this freeze.

Which 3DS are you guys playing on? I'm using a 3DS XL for reference.

I've got the new Nintendo 3DS, the normal sized one. I've done some googling and it seems to me that people using the older 3DS/XL models have not come across this glitch, and it's only affecting the new models. Glad to see that I'm not the only one experiencing this!

Anyway, I'm still addicted to this game, and have managed to catch all pokemon from Leafy Expanse and Dewdrop Bay :D... Those boss pokemon are tricky!
 
Hmm it's bit addicting and fun. More fun than silly pokemon shuffle and price for these diamonds are way better than jewels in Shuffle
 
Gave it a go. Didn't mind other rumble games before, and this seems fun too. The king is a bit lame though, but oh well, he's not important to the actual gameplay. On the flip side my character's 'angry' face is hilarious to me.

I don't mind waiting for things, I have other games to occupy myself in the meantime. Don't plan to pay anything if I don't have to do so.

Enjoying this so far. Feels like Rumble Blast but I do feel that it is much better value due to it being free to play with the microtransactions being pretty much optional unless you're impatient. One thing that I did notice is that the game limits you on the amount of PokéDiamonds you can purchase, which should help to avert any stories of kids spending thousands of dollars accidentally while playing the game.
 
About that game freezing thing. I haven't had my game necessarily freeze, but I have had it slow down to the point where I thought it was going to. mostly when I was moving really fast through a mob (or two).

I just finished the leafyy expanse. I'm only missing gogoat in dewdrop bay and talonflame in ember mountain. I think I've been pretty lucky so far.

I love how this game makes pokemon that aren't competitively viable in mainstream games super good to use here. Such a pyroar! when X and Y came out that thing broke my heart. But now he's my ace!
 
Caved in recently and got some extra diamonds via microtransactions. The game isn't impossible without them, but it's slow as fuck. This game is very shallow yet I find it addictive seeing how the pokemon I get slowly get better, and revisiting earlier areas to get more powerful pokémon rewarding.
 
Anyone can give me some advice on how to catch Groudon? I was super lucky to land on his...domain? But I've been returning there for 4 times now and I don't really wanna waste all my shiny diamonds to try and and catch him, only for him to turn into a shiny gold coin every time. ;-;

Nevermind. Got him on my 6th try. Yay~ ^^
Preciple(sp?) Blades is an amazing AOE. :O

I still need to get round to downloading this. Though it's not exactly a burning desire atm.
 
I'm playing with my Primal Kyogre right now. Origin Pulse is a beast.
 
I got Kyogre and Dialga. Origin Pulse is fun, but Roar of time is even more so... just run into the middle group of enemies and watch it destroy.

Last level I did was 5th round of the battle royale esque challenges, before that was the garden one. Saving diamonds for one of the Kalos levels (90? sheesh), and then will go back and buy some of the cheaper ones I haven't gotten yet. Not fussed if it takes me ages to 'beat' the game, I'm patient enough given all the other games I already paid money for that I have.
