You mean insert the OWs?
It's simple, open OWE, search for the OW you want to replace. Go to File ->Import Bitmap. Click Browse, and select your new OW. Tick: Import Sprite, Import palette, and fix pointers. click ok, and you're done. You will have to do this with all the frames(look up, look down...etc)

but the tool wont open up so i can't do it.

The male hero looks absolutely great! The female one is good too, but needs very little work more. I noticed you changes the palettes. They are better.

Looks very cool. Cyndaquil is a nice choice for a starter, the palletes look awesome, and the maps are nice.
