Ahem....Giovanni? He's technically a Kanto Gym Leader...in the games, he is one, and he appears in the arcs of the respective games he's a leader in.

WHAT!? No one is cooler than Mario! You tell me another plumber brave enough to stomp on an army of turtles and other creeps simply to save an obviously danger prone princess. Anyways yes she does look like Mario (think there's a picture that puts it out in the open). Those clothes do not suit her at all.
On another note (not sure if we're supposed to put DP in spoilers but...) I'm wondering did DP arc end already? After reading the summaries it seems like it's done but I can't help but shake an uneasy feeling that it's not over. If anything I feel Giratina may make an appearance. Also in the games the main protagonist and Cynthia go into the distortion world in order to stop Cyrus. I wonder if that will happen (that would be sweet~).

Well yeah, R/S/E remakes won't come for a while, lil' early.
But the Firered/Leafgreen chapter was somewhat short, and is the only Remake chapter released, now HG/SS is out, this will be the second Remake chapter released, wondering if it will be somewhat short?
It was short for me because I read it within about 3 hours. LOL.

yeah i agree, the kanto gym leaders are a good challenege, i got destroyed tho the first time i went in, had like level 30 max pokemon in my team, i made a video of it was quite good actually

the HGSS chapter better not be short. frlg was in my opinion the best chapter. but it was so short :( we finally get to see the jhoto dex holders again (and maybe a bit more mature.(i'm speaking to you gold!)) after what, '3' years?

I think HG/SS might be another short arc (3-4 books), but it will definitely be longer than the FR/LG arc, just because there are more things in that arc to cover.

Also, I would like this opportunity to say this:
Since Pokemon Black/White Versions just came out, please, even if it's not related to the manga, put information about the game under spoilers
The reason being that, since Pokemon Special relies on alot of the in game content, you never really know what will/will not be in the manga, or what the plot could be.

So..yeah. (also, it ruins the fun for some people who want to wait until Spring to get their copy....dammit, Spring is so far away.)

HGSS made me go squee. Like, major squee. Gold everywhere. <3 And finally, finally, JOHTO TRIO REUNION~! <333 Although I can't believe Togetaro hasn't evolved yet. :/ He's gone up against the Poke-verse god, as a baby, and he doesn't get any experience. Now that just ain't fair.

My two cents is they're in either the Sinnoh Ruins or they're stuck in the past, as a twist to the Serebii time-travel event. Can probably go either way, although I'd really prefer it to be the latter.

Like Green or Blue. Actually, Blue might not be a bad idea...although really, with the amount of exp. that baby should be getting, I think, at this point, that it's plausible for him to just skip the middle stage and become some omega-fluffy-winged Pokemon of awesome.
