Harry Kim followed John into the pokemon center. Like the rest of the city, and similarily his own hometown, the building rose high into the skyline. Not only a center for healing and care, but a place of research into the sciences of medicine. Goldenrod City was known for its technological research just as Saffron was. In fact, both areas were top competitors over the industrial world. It was only natural that the pokemon center should be a part of it all.
Harry entered the glass doors, relieved as the cool air passed over him. It wasn't so much as he wasn't used to outdoor conditions, but more so the heat. He preferred to be too cold than too hot.
As his eyes adjusted to the inner light, he watched as the group slowly separated to their own ways. John slowly made his way over to Nurse Joy, most likely to heal his pokemon. Marina, Harry finally remembered everyone's name, however, found a familiar face. Unlike the others, Harry didn't know the boy and from their conversation, he learned his name to be Ryo.
However, Harry noticed Ryo's cheeks began to glow slightly red. He appeared to be slightly flushed. Though, the final hint was Ryo's stuttering. He felt attracted to Marina! Harry inwardly laughed, watching the two engage in a conversation.
John, by that time had walked over to the rest of the group. However, after his perhaps truthful, yet rude comment, Harry could see he was still stingy about being "outvoted" at the train station. At least, Harry hoped. To remain in a group with him, would be difficult, especially based on their current relationship.
Yet, John was the leader, supposedly, and Harry needed to deliver a package to Professor Wood. He better figure out where the group would be so he could catch up with them. So, taking a deep breath, Harry walked over to the serious teenager.
"John, I need to deliver this package to Professor Wood." Harry began, holding up the package, indicating it with his hand. "Do you know where the group might be so I can rejoin up? Or perhaps maybe I can have your phone number so I can call you to find out."
