What I'm about to say is a biased opinion.
I think its MY Hoppip, Lilly, because she'sm cute and with the right training, strong!
 
i like all the toddlers but 1 and thats the only toddler i like better and that is totodile

For me, I like to be on the swings at the playground, or climbing a LARGE and shady tree...or going under all the playing equipment with my friends just hanging out...:)

My Eevee of course! Nah, Like ~Morning Bliss~ said, every toddler is different and thus therefore a perfect toddler doesn't exist.

At the playground, where is your most favorite place to play?
I guess the open fields to run around with Eevee.... But I don't really have a favorite place, I love it everywhere.
