Mini Update: I went ahead and did the heroine trainer sprite myself.
I'm using a link because it looks slightly blurred when I use img tags.

It's not bad.
It's a minor edit of the FR/LG heroine, unlike the hero, is totally custom, so the heroine could use a bit of touching up.
