I actually re-added the balance. using the /v[??] thing.

Also, I added another feature in Options.

EDIT: I made a cool update, even though it's not related to the plot...

uh? I'll explain.

Mewtwo was IN JOHTO, but then he was captured, and then, like the plot, he escaped. And Professor Oak is just filling in for now, till a custom professor.

To be honest, using an Arceus silhouette is done too much. I think it might look better without it (if you move the rest a tiny bit to the right)...
