I'm not sure, since I haven't made it that far yet, but I think that can't be completed until post-game/post-league. It's where Volcanion is located.
That said, there is a Nugget in one of the stones near where Buck said the Pokemon was gone from but might return later (southwest side of the Fiery Path). It's one of the very few hidden items in this game.
Bring the Soul Dew to Eternal Flower Floette in mt pyre. After leaving, Lance will call you. Go to Cove Lily Motel to speak to him who will then tell you to go to Altering Cave at Route 103 where you'll find and battle Zinnia and Ghetsis.
Guys, I am wondering what pokedoll to give to Walda. Ive given her Treeko, Mudkip, Torchick, and Skitty and nothing has happened. I do not know where else to find any other dolls

You'll need a Pikachu Doll, which you'll be able to buy once you've reached Lilycove's Department Store, if memory serves.
After that, you'll be prompted to give Walda an actual Pokemon. It can be anyone, so feel free to give a Pokemon you can part with. Doing so completes the sidequest and unlocks the ability to find Keldeo upon becoming Champion.
Return to the Pokemon Breeder the next day, and they'll offer to give you one of their eggs again. (Remember their list can scroll up and down.) Keep returning each day until you've gotten all the Pokemon you want from them. Note that there are 3 such breeders, 2 on Route 117 and 1 on Route 110.
*****************Version 1.1*****************
----BUG FIXES----
1. Change erroneous Z-Ring check allowing use of Z-Moves without the Z-Ring
2. Added triggers that should help resolve the Island Cave double battle bug, try talking to Glacia. I cannot reproduce the bug (can trigger post-battle dialogue when following a player's steps), so the solution is untested
3. Fixed weather mistakes on Route 119
4. Moved Life Orb, Throat Spray, Utility Umbrella, Eject Pack, Heavy-Duty Boots, Blunder Policy, Room Service, Prism Scale and Everstone to Battleitems pocket
5. Fix mistake where the Iron Defense Tutor taught Shock Wave
6. Removed unnecessary field moves from party menu
7. Fixed documentation error, the "Route 116" breeders are actually on Route 117
8. Misc minor fixes regarding wild encounter levels, trainer levels, extra TMs etc
-The Mt. Pyre Summit battle's corruption *may* be fixed as in I can't reproduce it any longer, but please beware and backup regardless
-I'm not able to reproduce any of the reported egg bugs
----Other changes----
-Journal: You can obtain the Journal from Wally's mother. It's a heavily simplified quest list from Pokecommunity that auto-tracks stages of the game.
-Random wild encounter mode: Wild encounters can be set to a randomised list of basic Pokemon in Options. Note that legendaries and certain gift Pokemon (starters, babies) are not included
-Removed darkness from Victory Road B1F, Victory Road B2F and Artisan Cave. (Granite Cave B1F and B2F are still deliberately dark, and the Meteoroid cannot be flashed)
-Added an additional Expert in Cove Lily Motel lv2 with Audinos to train against
-Added more move tutors for availability pre-E4
-Improved Rotom form changer in Lilycove, now the Rotom forms except the base can change to each other
-Gracidea, Reveal Glass and Prison Bottle added: Altering Cave no longer changes forms. Note to use, just apply on the Pokemon in the party menu to change and revert, regardless of time
-Changed Chingling and Snom's evolution to friendship without night requirement. Note Budew and Riolu also can evolve through friendship without needing daytime, but was neglected during documentation. There are still Pokemon that need day/night (Espeon, Umbreon, Cubone)
-Changed Sliggoo's evolution to not require rain, just evolve at lv50
-Steven now gives an explicit dialogue about the player needing maximum friendship to Mega Evolve
-Extended the plot a little after S.S. Tidal
-Improved dialogue over certain points in the game where the direction is/may be unclear
-Improved dialogue for daily events, and also added them to storypoints.txt
-Added more dialogue in various areas, e.g. in the main events, TV news after each badge etc
-Added an Unown Changer to the Meteor Falls cave with the Unowns, so they're accessible before E4. This may be of more interest to those playing with the typechange patch
-Change Slateport Marketplace's top right woman to sell regional specialties instead of decors
-Change Lilycove Department Store 3F's right clerk to sell battle-related items instead of X-Attacks etc. Note that EV-training gear have shifted here from 4F
-Change Lilycove Department Store 4F's clerks to sell more battle-related items
-Drastically raised Dewford trendiness increase rates to hit max trendiness within 4 days
-Altered some Pokemon's encounter conditions (see pokemon_locations.txt)
-Slight changes in several battles: Steven will now Mega Evolve during the Mt Pyre Summit battle
-Pacifidlog Fan-club Chairman's brother now checks Furfrou trims and gives a reward daily.
Further fixed and added documentation.
----COMPATIBILITY----
V1.1 *should* be compatible with V1.0.1 saves, but will recommend playing as a new game in case of any issues
1. Talk to Wally's mother to obtain the journal.
2. Due to changes to several maps, recommend to save at a Pokemon Center before switching to the new version
3. For those with shifted-pocket items in their bag, when loading an older save the game will auto-delete them from the Items Pocket. Unfortunately they're not shifted due to the Battleitems pocket possibly lacking space. However, these items are now purchasable.
4. Possible issues after S.S. Tidal due to the newly inserted detour. I tested the changes but am unsure if I have missed certain states. If you are in or past S.S.Tidal, I'd recommend just playing the current game to the end.
*****************Version 1.0.1*****************
----BUG FIXES----
1. Fix party being lost if the player whited out during the EFF-Spiritomb battle
2. Fix S.S.Tidal being immediately boardable after the Delta Meteoroid due to an error in the ticket check
3. Fix Zekrom's script being replaced by an embarrassing last-minute test leftover
4. Fix pokemon_locations.txt mistakes (Larvitar, Natu, Delibird, Taillow, Flabebe and Noibat)
5. Fix Oldale Town's Mart being junk due to misalignment before the Pokedex is obtained
----Other changes----
1. Reduced/removed some sturdy-grunt fights after feedback that they were tedious. Those who remain have two sturdy Pokemon at most
2. Placed very explicit warnings to save before the Mt Pyre Summit fight
3. Replaced a fight in Victory Road that had a Shell Bell Aron (in case the player has absolutely no way to multi-hit due to playthrough rules)
4. Added explicit dialogue with Lance for directions after the Delta Episode
5. Ghetsis' fight, even if lost, will continue (although during testing there appears to be no issue, just to be safe, and it's indeed odd to re-run through the dialogue)
5. Removed leftover Memories (their existence will not harm the game, but Plates are used for RKS System and Multi-Attack). NPCs who gave Memories will give purchaseable Gems instead
6. Added the following items missing in 1.0: Charizardite-X, Absolite, Flyinium-Z, Lunalium-Z, Lycanium-Z and Tapunium-Z
7. Bug Maniac in Fortree City now gives rewards for every Vivillon shown, instead of only specific numbers
8. Added triggers to suggest where Cozmo ran to in Meteor Falls
9. Meltan's base friendship has been boosted to 35 (note: this will still have a chance of disobedience)
10. Genesect has been moved to a one-time encounter in Altering Cave, with the normal wild encounters being replaced with Smeargles
11. Reshiram's requirement now accepts Therian formes
12. Improved but incomplete documentation (incomplete item_locations, storypoints), hidden items in Buck's sidequest, Vivillon locations etc
----COMPATIBILITY----
V1.0.1 is compatible with V1.0 saves, but please take note of the following:
-If you're trapped in S.S.Tidal without the S.S. Tidal ticket, talk to the exit sailor who'll drop you at Lilycove's Cove Lily Motel
-If you've lost your party after exiting EFF's location and saved after that, unfortunately they'll be unrecoverable, apologies. Same if you saved after Mt Pyre's fight
-If you've defeated Ghetsis but not already caught a Genesect, Genesect will now be unavailable, apologies
-If you've already shown the Bug Maniac Vivillons, some non-critical items will be missed, but the Buginium-Z and Insect Plate are still obtainable
Introduction
Hello, this is my first ROMhack attempt, a simple, plot-centric game based on RHH's battle engine. The story is based on Emerald and ORAS, with additions into the main plotline, a new rival/antagonist, sidequests and post-game episodes. There is also a bit of a catch-them-all subtheme.
Play as Wally, go out and explore Hoenn, make friends and save the world!
Plot
This ROMhack is an alternate reality with Wally as the protagonist.
Longer pre-E4 plot up to lv85
Additional rival/antagonist
Delta and other post-game "episodes"
Additional side "quests", mostly to unlock other Pokemon
Various adjusted NPC dialogue, e.g. daily egg and berry givers, Professors
Some interpretations based on questions from the mainstream games:
What if Maxie and Archie had used the correct Orbs?
What did Wally's dad want to tell Wally after the 5th Gym?
Features
RHH's Battle-Engine features, such as physical/special split, Mega Evolution, Z-Moves etc
All Pokemon, movesets, TMs and Move Tutors up to Gen VII, up to and including Melmetal
More double battles. Gym Leader and E4 rematches, as well as some boss fights will be doubles
All Pokemon have "perfect IVs"
NPC opponents have EVs
Gym Guides offer "battles" for fast leveling
EV-training NPCs: Unlockable through side events
EVs used as Contest conditions
Ability changer in Devon after 5th badge
Soft level cap
Other various QoL improvements
Screenshots
Additional information
The main Pokemon changes are regarding evolution. Was/am working on an alternate patch with type/stat/move/ability changes, but decided to keep it simple first.
This isn't a difficulty hack, but there are attempts to raise the difficulty like NPCs having EVs, soft level cap, some AI changes, specifically-setup battles
Tested on mGBA-0.9.3 and VBA-M only on Windows desktop, MyBoy on Android.
Patches are in UPS format.
Warnings
This game has unkind re-interpretations of the antagonists (existing Pokemon characters).
While I believe I've avoided sensitive content, some antagonists' dialogue are intended to irk/may be inappropriate to others
Some creepypasta are referenced.
The story is dark at times

******EXISTING BUGS, PLEASE READ******
Spoiler:
It is known (still unresolved) that multi-battles may corrupt the party. Unfortunately I've trouble deterministically reproducing this, so recommend saving at Mt Pyre Summit and before the Sootopolis battle
There are reported issues with eggs from the Daycare Center, still attempting to reproduce and debug.
Missing documentation: For Latias and Latios, after the Soul Dew is cleansed, talk to the Old Man by the Sea for the Eon ticket. After the first S.S. Tidal ride, you can then go to Southern Island.
Wrong documentation: The "Route 116" breeders are on Route 117.
There is an issue with the Island Cave battle where losing but one enemy is defeated(?) prevents the future script from running. I can't reproduce this but will add additional triggers for the script, at present the only solution is to save before the cave.
Maybe the only thing I'm not in this game is the perfect iv because i enjoy the surprise i got on my Pokémon and the hardwork i do in the trying strategies with what i have. Other than that I enjoy the story and everything I'm here, stay healthy and thank you for this game
Is Gale Wings (Talonflame HA) bugged? I got outsped by Zinnia's Mega Sceptile when clicking Brave Bird against Dragon Pulse.
Also, do we have a list of the various Move Tutors out there?
Edit: I got impatient so I did it myself, available up to Lilycove City because that's as far as I've gone through so far

Super Fang: Lilycove City, Pokemon Fan Club, Breeder on right side of table (Cost: Tiny Mushroom)
Outrage: Lilycove City, Pokemon Fan Club, Expert F on far right, (Cost: Nugget)

In hindsight, trying to match trainer classes to the tutors in Lilycove city was absolutely a pointless and thankless job which took longer than the actual finding of move tutors ffs lmao
And I still didn't find all the trainer classes

My memory could be foggy, but was your hp not at full when you used brave bird with your Talonflame? If so, it's because the ability got nerfed in Gen 7, so your Talonflame needs ot be at full HP in order for Gale Wings ot activate.

Hi I'm loving the ROM hack so far thank you Sofie is really amazing.
Just wondering how to get spiky eared Pichu in V1.1 I read the documentation file and got 6 Pikachus with different caps is just that I cannot find where is the pokefan that gives you spiky eared Pichu?
Also I played another speedrun before and I remember that I complete Buck Quest.
In a new speedrun tho I just can't complete the Buck Quest or better said I can't remember how I did it, any hints?

Hi thanks, I'll try to check later is just that I tried every city so far, speaking to every npc and no luck.
I remember one at Wattson's gym had only Pikachus tho but he doesn't react at all.
In pacifidlog there's a couple that gives items for basculin & gastrodon of diff colors.

If not there, than I'm not sure where, either. I remember finding them when I played, before I had all the Cap Pikachu they wanted to see, but I don't remember where. It's also been a few months since I last played, muddying my memory even more so.

Check Lilycove Department Store, on the 3rd floor!
I looked through the guides again and came across that same missing information on where the person who gives you the Spikey-Eared Pichu is. But I then looked in the Item Locations document and found that Pikashunium Z can be found by a guy who's looking for different Cap Pikachu forms gives it to you. That guide actually tells you where he's located. (Makes me think the different documents were one big one that got split into smaller ones later.)

Man youre the GOAT thanks alot, it was there the whole time🙏. Never cross my mind that was the pokefan.
Just one more to go Did you complete Buck Quest?
I'm so close to complete the Pokédex is just that I can't find Tabitha in the Magma Team Hideout post game. I figure is because I need to progress with Buck first.
