I'm currently playing the variant version, and thought I'd ask, how far along do I need to be in order to get my hands on the Running Shoes? I'm already one badge in, and on my way to Dewford and still have not got them.

Edit 1: I soft reset for an Eevee with adaptability, and when I evolved it into a Sylveon, it ended up with Cute Charm instead of Pixilate. ;/

Edit 2: Not sure if it's intentional or not since I'm playing the variant version, but cute charm seems to infatuate Pokemon of all genders.

Hey, does anyone know where I can find a protector to evolve my Rhydon, and if there's an ability patch/pill in the game to change my Rhyhorn's ability? Thank you!

Edit 1 - Came across a bug/gltich. I found the NPC that lets you change your Rotom's form, but unless Rotom is the first Pokémon in your party, it will convert whatever other Pokémon that is in that place into a Rotom form, My Aegislash turned into a Rotom C with it's original moveset retained.

hi, is there anyway to customize the IVs? i was wondering because my aegislash usually outspeeds some pokemon even though its not meant to be fast so i want to modify its speed IVs to 0 to be able to do so

Hi all! I've been playing this game for 50 hours off and on all last month into this month. It's great, but very much a challenge for me. I actually came here because I noticed a rather weird glitch. My notes for the glitch is as follows.

Glitches in Pokemon Wally Quest

Larvitar 42 vs Lilycove Old Lady's Audino lvl 50. Larvitar kills an Audino, levels up to 43.

Smack Down goes down to three PP and then freezes. Tested with an Onix and a Greninja, no problems. Tested with wild Pokémon, no problems when gone down to three PP. Leveled up to 45, still there. Use another move down to 0 PP, no problems. Items don't seem to change anything.

Reset and tested with a lvl 44 Audino from Fortree City Gym. Smack Down goes down to three and freezes.

Reset again and fought some trainers on Route 105, no problems so far.

Reset and evolved Larvitar to Pupitar. No glitch.

It looks like it's play as Larvitar and select Smack Down while it's at 3 PP while fighting a Gym Audino.

It's a strange glitch, but simple enough to work around.

Also, I encountered the glitch while fighting on top of Mt. Pyre. Wally's Pokémon and Steven's Pokémon both go down in the same turn, but nothing can be selected. Frustrating, but at least it came with a warning and I smashed the rest of the fight after a couple of tries.

Otherwise...yeah, this has been a great game all around and I hope to see more quality updates in the future!

Is there a character I can talk to that can tell me what the hidden power of my Pokémon is? I want my Magnemite, Magneton and Magnezone to have water hidden power. And how do I evolve Magneton into Magnezone?
