4th Gen pokewalker: do you use it?

I have had my pokewalker on my belt everyday for 132 days now and have accumulated 612636 steps and 29935 watts.

65 watts off a new course.

I use my pokewalker only when I know I am walking over a mile in one day. Otherwise my pokemon makes that sad cry saying that it wanted to play more. About on average I walk three miles with the Pokewalker on days I use it.
