    Here are my teams:

    Pokemon Red: Venusaur, Raichu, Golem, Alakazam, Lapras, and Dodrio
    Pokemon Silver: Feraligatr, Nidoking, Ampharos, Dodrio, Victreebel, and Houndoom
    Pokemon Alpha Sapphire: Blaziken, Salamence, Metagross, Sableye, Lanturn, and Cradily
    Pokemon Platinum: Infernape, Gyarados, Roserade, Alakazam, Machamp, and Weavile
    Pokemon White (before postgame): Chandelure, Ferrothorn, Galvantula, Conkeldurr, Haxorus, and Braviary
    Pokemon White (after postgame): Volcarona, Ferrothorn, Terrakion, Garchomp, Metagross, and male Jellicent
    Pokemon White 2: Krookodile, Chandelure, Lucario, Ampharos, Crobat, and Lapras
    Pokemon Y: Greninja, Talonflame, Florges, Gengar, Lucario, and Flygon
     
    Let's see, what I can recover from my memory:

    Blue: Blastoise/Charizard/Venusaur/Scizor/Venomoth/Nidoking
    Gold: Meganium/Ampharos/Tyranitar/Lugia/Ditto/Sneasel (not 100% sure, though and can't check because the battery ran out)
    Sapphire: Blaziken/Plusle/Kyogre/Skarmory/Flygon/something else that I've forgotten (don't have the save file anymore)
    SoulSilver: I honestly don't have a clue what I used
    White: Samurott/Eelektross/Swoobat/Excadrill/Scrafty/Liligant
    White2: Serperior/Azumarill/Galvantula/Weezing/Flygon/Cinccino
    X: Delphox/Mawile/Jumpluff/Aegislash/Golurk/Clawitzer

    I don't remember all of my teams but I just finished a replay of ORAS with Gardevoir, Blaziken, Glalie, Starmie, Roserade, and shiny Altaria. It was a very fun team to use :D

    In White: Don't remember outside of Samurott and Krookodile

    In X: Greninja, Gogoat, Aegislash, Aurorus, Heliolisk, Noivern

    Just replayed Y with Blastoise, Espeon, Flygon, Weavile, Accelgor, Chesnaught (one Pokemon from each generation).

    Current team in OmegaRuby (which makes up 90% of my playtime nowadays) is completely up in the air. I frequently swap party members in and out and I'm actively breeding more (working on Shiny Timid Protean Greninja at the moment).
