I think I might actually use legendaries this time.

In HG, I'll use either Meganium or Feraligatr. (Ho-oh will be my flying type.)
In SS, I'll use either Meganium or Typhlosion. (Lugia can be my flying type.)

Ambipom -Nice set up to a tank.
porygon z - Overall move type balance and tri attack.

The last time I played 2nd gen all I had was Typhlosion and Fearow, and that got me through the entire E4 without any problems.

I'll try sticking to that formula, unless I can get a Sneasel early on.

I'm thinking about using Special Pokemon that people in the game love or constantly mention:

Slowpoke (& evo) -Slowpoke Well
Bellsprout (& evos) -Sprout Tower
Red Gyarados- Lake of Rage
Miltank- the MooMoo Farm/Ranch
Togepi- (& evos) Mystery Egg
Chikorita- First Pokemon they showed in Gameplay video. They obviously want us to use it.

This party isn't definite, though. Just an option. Anyone can use this party if they wanted. I won't mind.
