By the time I'm content with my play time, my team will probably be:
  • Meganium
  • Red Gyarados
  • T-Tar
  • Espeon or Umbreon
  • Scizor
  • Lugia/Suicune/Entei
I already have some of these ready in Platinum. xD
 
Probably gonna go with a theme for my lineup. I've always liked the Normals so I'm thinking maybe:

Ambipom
Tauros
Snorlax
Porygon (haven't decided which type yet)
Ursaring
Pidgeot
 
lol the last two posters are the only trwo without Typhlosion...and the first had Meganium! Hurray for another Starter...but Typhlosion would kick its ass any day...

Not exactly sure what my in-game team would be, but I know I'd like to have Typhlosion and perhaps Umbreon as well.

Houndoom
Pidgeot
Jolteon/Ampharos
Red Gyarados/Vaporeon

Heart Gold:

All I know is that I'm starting with Chikorita, so Meganium will be there.

But I honestly don't want to plan for a final team, I want to be spontaneous like I was way back when. :D! So I could end up with anything from Azumarill to Unown. XD;

In short: no planned future team for me, I'm going with the flow.
 
Im going to use Typhlosion as my main pokemon as I did back in Gold, Im going to get a Pidgeot to use fly, and the rest of the team...I dont know yet, maybe the Shiny gyrados is going to be there too...

it is sorta weird- when i get a cyndaquil, i am somehow compelled to get a mareep- i think it's the feel of the games- everyone wan'ts something to do with Cyndiquil and Amphros
Back on Main Topic- If I Do Get Both, I Would Probably Have Two TOTALLY Different Teams- HG With Cyndaquil (Cynder If Boy, Cyndy If Girl) And SS With Chikorita (no nickname)
 
Um, it's hard to ever limit my team to 6. XD;

Azumarill/Lanturn/Lapras
Furret/Umbreon
Bellossom/Jumpluff
[legendary like Ho-oh, Ampharos if not Lanturn, anything I find early game, or HM slave]

I've already used Houndoom, Honchkrow, Togekiss, and Scizor recently in DPPt gen games, so I'd rather not use them here.
