Kyogre. I just like how better integrated into the story it was. Very suiting Pokemon for an evil environmentalist team to go after. I mean, compared to Groudon, Kyogre can cause more collateral damage through flooding, while compared to Groudon being able to...create more land? That just sounds rather helpful to humanity's expansion. I had an undying love for Kyogre in competitive Ubers battles last generation (Specs Water Spout with Drizzle <33), a major reason as to why I voted Kyogre.

Also, I prefer Water types over Ground and Dragon types. Don't get me wrong - they're still good types.

But wouldn't Groudon also be able to cause serious disaster. Eg. landslides, earthquakes, volcanic, eruptions, sink holes, heat waves etc. I'd beg to differ and say Groundon is the most dangerous. But that's just me.

As for the actual topic....I dunno. Raq. is pretty cool, but I kind of like Kyogre and Groudon too. But, for nostalgic reasons (I played Emerald as a kid) I'll go for Raq.

True, true. But I mean Team Aqua/Magma's use of them, to expand the land and sea with the two. I say Aqua would cause more damage there, though yeah, I think they both do damage haha.

Oh yeah for sure Team Magma's plan would assist humans more than hinder them...but maybe they have deeper intentions? Perhaps they only say that to gain followers and then when they hold complete control they'll begin destroying everything? ;o;

Actually that's why Rayquaza is here to kinda balance out both Kyogre and Groudon's power. That's why Hoenn is essentially split in half. >.>

Rayquaza because design as well as the fact that it stopped the battle between Kyogre and Groudon.

I think Rayquaza has the coolest design, but I've always preferred Kyogre. It's literally a legendary whale, things don't get much better than that. I also like that Kyogre isn't that big dragon looking legendary like oh idk ALMOST EVERY MASCOT LEGENDARY EVER.

Definitely Kyogre. As a little kid it was the first legendary I ever caught, and I raised that thing up to around level 85 until I lost my Sapphire Version when I moved. To this day I still prefer its design to that of Groudon and Rayquaza. Plus, Kyogre is one of the four version mascots (the others being Ho-Oh, Suicune, and Xerneas) that isn't a dragon nor a dragon-looking thing. He's a whale. A badass whale.

Groudon here. It's not a Fire type, but it seems enough like one for me to like it. c:

Kyogre is my favourite, to this day Kyogre is my second favourite legendary. (Ho-oh is my favourite legendary)

Kyogre appeals to me the most design wise and concept wise, it's why I first picked Sapphire way back when.
