Project Alpha Fan: Hoenn chapter

Defeated Wattson, got Rock Smash, got Mach Bike. Saved.
Time is 1:31 or 91 minutes.
I've tried twice to reach Fallarbor, but that trainer with Roselia Stun Spores me and then Mega Drains me. Its pretty tough and she's unavoidable, but I hope to get to Fallorbar today which will be my last update for today.

EDIT: I'm not in the mood to play more, so Mauville is where I will continue from tomorrow. I hope that tomorrow I'll not be slow like today. 91 minutes though is not a bad time as that means I get a badge nearly every half-an-hour, so on average I get all my 8 badges in 4 hours.

hmm.... i saw in youtube the fastest is*gulp* 2 hours 30 mins+
btw ima not in mood today so i will update tommorow.
 
All right guys, I see on Youtube that Speedy Aggron has a time of 2:20. That's our time to beat. 2:20 is absolutely ridiculous. I wonder if its real. It seems like the sounds at least are going a bit too fast. For example,

Even if this is real, it's still beatable. He does a couple of things that could be faster (like switching down to a girl, naming herself U instead of A, things like that. And I just watched a little bit of the videos, so who knows, there could be similar blunders throughout, which would give us a much easier time beating the record.

We will, and besides, he can't put that in the record books because he didn't do some things that Guinness needs in order for you to get in the records. So I doubt he would know if we did the record (even if it is a bit slower than his, which it won't be) and even if we did, I doubt he would take the time to try and beat it.
 
Sorry guys, I was a little busy for the last 2 days, but since I have my work done now, I can finally continue.

Also, myrrhman, why dont you start your run? Also, I'm not recording vids till the E4 now as uploading takes heaps of time.
Finally reached Fallarbor Town, thanks to a Rock Tomb crit. That thing crits always at the right time, first against May's Grovyle and then against that annoying Roselia.

Time is 104 minutes/1:44. 100 minutes passed, I think I'll do it in around 5 hours of gametime.

Also, 2:20? That's ridicoulous, I cant even imagine getting even 6-7 badges in that time.

I would start my run, but I'm working on the original Alpha Fan. I'm almost done with it (I think) and as soon as its done I'll be doing this one.

Also, GOOD NEWS GUYS! I'm in the Elite Four of round one of my three round Alpha Fan project. And as soon as I finish that, I'm moving to here, so I'm that much closer!

Sorry for not updating for a while, I have school now and school means homework. I'll get an update in a few hours hopefully.

Awesome, I'll keep a look out but can't really help, tried to do a bit of a speed run earlier but at Brawly with a lvl 16 Marshtomp in 41 minutes but can't beat him :/

EDIT: Finally beat Brawly, headed to Slateport, delivered goods and Am just about to face May with a level 21 Marshtomp :/ got a couple super potions so i'll give it a go. 55 minutes so far.

EDIT2: Beat May by saving and restarting until i got two consecutive criticals with mud shot. 0:58

EDIT3: Beat Wattson 1:06, stuck trying to defeat maxie, 1:35

I'm useing Sapphire!

Okay, so I decided to take this up

I picked Torchic, and I just got the running shoes and went to Oldale and got the potion from that one dude....
My time is 0:07
EDIT: I whited out at that first trainer kid on that one route.....
EDIT 2: I just entered Petalburg Woods at 0:18 in, and I only battled 3 trainers, no wilds, oh, and Brendan or course. XD
EDIT 3: I finish Petalburg Woods, captured a Zigzagoon, and I'm at 0:20

I restarted as Treeko. I just defeted Roxanne and I'm at 0:22

FRICK! I had to restart again! I got Treeko, just got into Petalburg woods, and I'm at 0:13
Hopefully it won't bork out on my this time!

At the start:

-go STRAIGHT to the clock, and just press a, then say yes
-go STRAIGHT to the house beside you, and STRAIGHT to Brendan/May
-go STRAIGHT out of town

General:

-Turn of BAttle Animations!
-keep pressing A, but be aware of when to stop!
-Run from Wild Battles
-Don't waste time nicknaming your Pokemon!
