Maci, it seems like a lot of people love your idea and are doing their own projects here now (course they don't match up to this project lol). I would do one, but I have no hacking skills, so it pretty much goes nowhere :/
Either way, I decided that doing the contest rival is something not in my league (which is competitive battling like what goes on in S+M, not really Cool/Cute/Tough/etc.) I'm going to go ahead and work up a Free Rival submission starting today. I forgot whether it was Zeta or Eos that wanted to collaborate, but we can start working on it whenever you're ready.
Likewise, I have ultimately decided that the person I was going to make as the Contest Rival is now going to be a factor in my Free Rival submission. There are just too many things to take into consideration with the Contest Rival, most of which are factors that I never need to consider or my normal style of play, for me to be able to handle it properly.
Appearance: Brent is skinny with a dark blue shirt on, his hair is black and curly, and his skin is tan. He wears white shorts and glasses as well. His pose is that of standing with his hands behind his back with a smile on his face.
Opening Speech: So you have come to challenge the contests, eh newbie? Well, don't press your luck. If you really think you can win, you have another thing coming. Are you sure you still want to compete?
(Yes/No)
If No: Heh, that's a good boy/girl. Get out of the way. (Player walks to the left, Brent walks into the contest hall.)
If Yes: What!? So, you think you can make it in a contest!? Well, it doesn't matter. I'm going to beat you, and show you why you don't mess with a co-ordinator!
Team:
Lv. 26 Roselia (Item: Leftovers) (Lead: Spiker) Nature: Calm Ability: Natural Cure Sex: Male Moves: HP Grass, Spikes, Leech Seed, Substitute EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
Strategy: With only two pokemon on the team, it isn't too hard to win. Roselia is the lead, and the Spiker of the group. His only purpose is to make spikes, really. Milotic is a sweeper, and possesses some powerful moves, not to mention Hypnosis, which might put you to sleep.
Roselia: Roselia is the spiker of the team, the lead. HP Grass is meant to attack opponents, and is its only real attack. Spikes is there to send out spikes, to damage opponents as they switch. Leech Seed is to help replenish HP, and Substitute allows it to avoid damage. Used in combination with Leech Seed, it can be dangerous.
Milotic: Milotic is the sweeper of the team, the second. Hydro Pump is a powerful STAB attack, which gives it 1.5 times base 120, allowing for a high-power move. Ice Beam is to get the upper hand against Dragon and Grass type pokemon, as both are threats. HP Electric is to take down pokemon like Gyarados, as well as any opposing water types, and Hypnosis is there to put your pokemon to sleep. A dangerous pokemon indeed, even with awakenings.
Closing Speech: Wh-what!? Impossible! I never lost before!
Final Words: Tch, that was beginner's luck. I didn't even try during that fight. I gave you the victory. Be thankful I didn't crush you, because I considered it.
ROUND 2
Name: Pkmn. Rival Brent
Appearance: Brent is skinny with a dark blue shirt on, his hair is black and curly, and his skin is tan. He wears white shorts and glasses as well. His pose is that of standing with his hands behind his back with a smile on his face.
Opening Speech: I see you're back… I'm not going to lose this time, I won't go down again in the world, due to mercy. You are a trainer, you aren't allowed to be a co-ordinator, and you will pay for trying to multi-task them, I swear it.
Team:
Lv. 40 Roselia (Item: Leftovers) (Lead: Spiker) Nature: Calm Ability: Natural Cure Sex: Male Moves: HP Grass, Spikes, Leech Seed, Substitute EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
Lv. 40 Flygon (Item: Life Orb) (Physical Sweeper: Life Orb, Physical) Nature: Jolly Ability: Levitate Sex: Female Moves: Earthquake, Roost, Dragon Claw, Stone Edge EVs: 32 HP/ 252 Atk / 8 Def / 216 Spd
Strategy: Roselia is the first one out. His purpose is to send out spikes to damage his opponent as they switch out pokemon. It can also be used to stall, with Substitute to soak up the damage. Flygon is a newcomer, but she is powerful. With the Life Orb, her attacks are more powerful at the cost of HP, but she can heal that off with Roost.
Rapidash is also a newcomer, but is also invaluable to the team. It is a baton passer that passes speed on to Milotic, to make it even faster. It can also soak up some damage with Substitute while using Agility. Milotic is the second sweeper, and boosted with the Agilities from Rapidash, is a big threat. With STAB Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, HP Electric, and Hypnosis, it is a force to be reckoned with.
Flygon: Flygon is a sweeper, the first sweeper, and is complemented with the Life Orb. It may take health for its attacks, but they are now more powerful. Earthquake and Dragon Claw are to bring STAB into play, making them even more powerful then they were before, while Roost keeps it in the game longer. Stone Edge is there to take down any Ice or Fire pokemon.
Rapidash: Rapidash is support, a Baton Passer, to be exact. It's purpose is to pass on its speed to Milotic to make it faster. However, it isn't completely defenseless. Flare Blitz, while it causes damage, is its attacking move, while Substitute allows it to proceed with its task for a little longer. Not dangerous, but it's not meant to be, just a warning. It's just there to speed up Milotic, who needs it.
Milotic: Milotic is the sweeper of the team, the second. Hydro Pump is a powerful STAB attack, which gives it 1.5 times base 120, allowing for a high-power move. HP Electric is to take down pokemon like Gyarados, as well as any opposing water types, and Hypnosis is there to put your pokemon to sleep. A dangerous pokemon indeed, even with awakenings.
Closing Speech: BLAST! How could I have lost again!?
Final Words: I can't believe this! How did I lose!? I gave it more then before! That's it! Next time, I will send you home, you haven't heard the last of Brent!
ROUND 3
Name: Pkmn. Rival Brent
Appearance: Brent is skinny with a dark blue shirt on, his hair is black and curly, and his skin is tan. He wears white shorts and glasses as well. His pose is that of standing with his hands behind his back with a smile on his face.
Opening Speech: So, you decided to come, eh trainer? Well, let me tell you something, no one here likes you since you're doing both. We want you gone, and I will beat you until you agree to leave.
Team:
Lv. 57 Roserade (Item: Focus Sash) (Lead: Lead) Nature: Modest Ability: Natural Cure Sex: Male Moves: Sleep Powder, Toxic Spikes, Leaf Storm, HP Fire EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spd
Lv. 57 Flygon (Item: Life Orb) (Physical Sweeper: Life Orb, Physical) Nature: Jolly Ability: Levitate Sex: Female Moves: Earthquake, Roost, Dragon Claw, Stone Edge EVs: 32 HP/ 252 Atk / 8 Def / 216 Spd
Strategy:Roserade is the first one out. His purpose is to send out poison spikes to poison his opponent as they switch out pokemon. Unlike before, it can't stall, but it shouldn't need to. It's attacks are more powerful, and it can put you to sleep. Flygon is a powerful pokemon, with the Life Orb, her attacks are more powerful at the cost of HP, but she can heal that off with Roost.
Rapidash is also invaluable to the team.
Roserade: Like before, Roserade is meant to spike the opponents, but as he evolved, he gained a different moveset, including Poison Spikes, which can poison incoming pokemon. He also has Sleep Powder to put opposing pokemon to sleep, if they are not already poisoned. HP Fire is to take care of Ice, Bug, and opposing Grass type pokemon, and Leaf Storm is a powerful STAB attack.

HP Electric is to take down pokemon like Gyarados, as well as any opposing water types, and Hypnosis is there to put your pokemon to sleep. A dangerous pokemon indeed, even with awakenings.
Closing Speech: I can't believe this…
Final Words: … I really can't believe it. I gave everything I had, and I lost to you, the noob. I should have been able to win with my team being so much superior to yours, but you utterly thrashed me. Just know, I will win next time.
ROUND 4
Name: Pkmn. Rival Brent
Appearance: Brent is skinny with a dark blue shirt on, his hair is black and curly, and his skin is tan. He wears white shorts and glasses as well. His pose is that of standing with his hands behind his back with a smile on his face.
Opening Speech: You again!? I can't believe this! What do you have against me!? No! I will not allow this… this obscene gesture you keep giving me! You insult the stage with your presence! I will not stand for this!
Team:
Lv. 76 Roserade (Item: Focus Sash) (Lead: Lead) Nature: Modest Ability: Natural Cure Sex: Male Moves: Sleep Powder, Toxic Spikes, Leaf Storm, HP Fire EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spd
Lv. 76 Flygon (Item: Life Orb) (Physical Sweeper: Life Orb, Physical) Nature: Jolly Ability: Levitate Sex: Female Moves: Earthquake, Roost, Dragon Claw, Stone Edge EVs: 32 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Def / 216 Spd
Lv. 75 Regirock (Item: Leftovers) (Physical Wall: Tank) Nature: Careful Ability: Clear Body Sex: Genderless Moves: Stone Edge, Earthquake, Stealth Rock, Explosion EVs: 252 HP / 96 Atk / 160 SpD
Strategy: Roserade is the first one out.
Regirock is the recent newcomer to the team, but it is a decent addition, adding in something Brent needed, a wall. Regirock is there, with his impressive 200 base Def to be the wall, but it can still attack, and even set up Stealth Rock in the case Roserade was unable to do that.
Rapidash is also invaluable to the team.
Regirock: Despite it being a wall, it can also bite back with attacks such as Earthquake and Stone Edge. Stealth Rock is there to spike the field if Roserade was unable to do so, sort of as a backup, maybe not necessary. And its last attack, Explosion, is to take down an opposing pokemon in the case in which it is trapped against a rock and a hard place.
Closing Speech: I lost again? This can't be!
Final Words: NO! This was my full power! This was my limit! How could I have lost to you!? There's only one man I ever lost to at full power, and you are far weaker! I will not accept this. I can't ever win, can I?
ROUND 5
Name: Pkmn. Rival Brent
Appearance: Brent is skinny with a dark blue jacket, with a white shirt on underneath, his hair is black and messy, more out there then before, and his skin is tan. He wears tan pants and he lost his glasses. His pose is him holding a poke ball with his right, and his left being in his pocket.
Opening Speech: Brent: This is it, scum! This is the ultimate contest! I will totally destroy you, noob!
Jon: I have had enough of this… this insult!
Brent: What are you doing here!? You're not here to sign up for the contest!
Jon: Maybe not, but I am here to tell you to stop acting like a kid.
Brent: Look who's talking, Mr. Mario cosplayer!
Jon: If you don't stop this nonsense, you are going to be expelled from the co-ordination league. They're considering banning you from it, you know.
Brent: You don't scare me! I'm going to win! Let's go, (Name)!
Team:
Lv. 96 Roserade (Item: Focus Sash) (Lead: Lead) Nature: Modest Ability: Natural Cure Sex: Male Moves: Sleep Powder, Toxic Spikes, Leaf Storm, HP Fire EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spd
Strategy: Roserade is the first one out.
Regirock is there, with his impressive 200 base Def to be the wall, but it can still attack, and even set up Stealth Rock in the case Roserade was unable to do that. Claydol is his final addition to the team, and is another support pokemon. Its purpose is to be a Rapid Spinner, to clear the field of spikes if need be. But even if it doesn't need to, it is still powerful, especially with Toxic and STAB Psychic.
Rapidash is also invaluable to the team.
Claydol: Claydol has a job, and does it well, and that job is to be a Rapid Spinner. If the opponent manages to spike Brent's side of the field, Claydol is there to clean it up, as well as Whirlpools if anyone is suicidal enough to use that. Toxic is to inflict a fatal poison, and to whittle down opponents quickly, Earth Power is a powerful attack with STAB, and Shadow Ball is to nail Ghost types who switch in.
Closing Speech: NOOO! My pokemon have been defeated yet again!? How is this possible!? I broke the limit!
Final Words (Event): Brent: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! How did I lose!? I hate losing! I HATE IT! I'm tired of losing to this… Trainer trash! I will get back at you, mark my words! I WILL RETURN!!!
Jon: (Walks in) That's it! As of right now, you are not allowed to participate in any Pokemon Contests in this, or any other city in ____
Brent: WHAT!? You can't do that! You're only a Gym Leader!
Jon: I can, because I'm a Gym Leader. The Pokemon League runs Pokemon Contests, and Gym Leaders have the authorization to ban trainers that need to be banned. And you desperately need it. You're taking this too seriously, and soon enough, you'll be spewing death threats.
Brent: I will not let you spew nonsense like that! You can't ban me! I will get you back for this! I can beat you in battle! I will not give it up!
Jon: Fine then, face me out on Route (Whatever route the city is close to). If you win, I won't ban you, but if you lose, you're out.
Brent: Fine! I will meet you there as soon as I leave! (Both walk away)
(Pokemon Center)
Brent: (Facing towards table) How did I lose to that weakling? (Faces trainer) Go away. (Turns back)
Reserving this post for poll results and in-depth comments. Just one thing; I agree with ya Skip Shot, this is the best of the projects (and the original)!
Hey, all. Just when you thought I was gone... Anyway, I like how this is progressing. Skip and Dimentio are adding a lot to this. Very nice, gentlemen(?).
Am I right in thinking that we're voting on Criminal Rival right now?
Hey, sorry for the lateness; unbelievably busy weekend. Anyways, as promised I have results and the opening!
========================================= Poll Time
=========================================
This was an okay round; only two submissions due to the difficulty of it, but we work with what we got, and what we got is great stuff for this round =]. Anyways, the poll for this round is between the two submissions:
Remember, if you didn't participate in this round you are still allowed to vote on submissions. Participants can vote for themselves, as well as their opponent. Most importantly, Private Message me your vote; this is to avoid voting trends. You can trust that I will fairly post the winner of each round. Votes posted in this thread will not count, you must PM me them.
========================================= Results
=========================================
The winner of this round is: Zeta Dimentio. Congradulations!
The round was close: it was a three way tie for second place with Zeta Dimentio coming out on top by one vote. For the first time in a while its not Skippy =P. Anyways onto the new round!
========================================= Round 16: Free Rival Submissions
=========================================
Let me preface this by saying that this is the final rival round and it will likely be the most competitive yet. Bring your all to this; I'm giving you a lot of room for creativity. This was originally the last round of the project, but no longer is as we are going on to a set of challenges in the Battle Frontier which will be a 4 round process. Onto the information you need.
Basic Information: This is the last rival in the process. It is completely your choice as to how many times you encounter it, what pokemon it uses, etc. I'm giving you a lot of creative control here, so have fun with it!
Pokemon Used:Completely up to you. Do keep it within reason; don't have Kyogre on the first encounter. The whole hack is supposed to be challenging but facing a level 100 Mewtwo as the first encounter can be rather...disheartening.
Level Ranges: Completely up to you, though in the final encounter, the strongest pokemon may not exceed level 111. Again, keep it within reason; no level 105s on the first encounter, don't have a full party of 6 on the first encounter, etc., etc.
Remember: Competitive Movesets & Pictures are required, here's where they can be found.
Sprites
*pokemonelite2000 link removed* - This is the site I use for most pictures: you can get them quite fast.
www.smogon.com - Easy, quick access to competitive movesets. Search the pokemon's name and look for a moveset that fits the team.
www.serebii.com - If the pokemon has been featured under Pokemon of the Day, you can get competetive movesets about them.
Obviously, there are also competitive movesets to be found on Pokecommunity.
I'm hoping for some new faces this round as well; new people have brought amazing things to this process, and remember that everyone started as a newbie to at the beginning of the project back in October. When we get into the Battle Frontier, everyone will once again be a newbie, so that's another chance to enter in and get your feet wet.
In other words: THE LAST ROUND OF RIVAL SUBMISSIONS IS NOW OPEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Crap, if I hadn't voted the way I did then that means we'd be doing a tie-breaker... Oh well, live and learn.
This means that I do have potential... Yes, I will work hard on this coming round.
er, quick question. How early is the required Town-With-International-Access? This can and will influence a number of things about my Free Rival idea, the most important of which is the teams used, their levels, and the number of encounters.
Zeta had an amazing submission, so overall I'm happy that he got in. Looks like my streak was killed, but hopefully Eos Aduro and I can get this amazing Free Rival into the hack!
Currently, Eos and I have determined a team to build to throughout five encounters, reaching no higher than level 105. We've also brought in a whole new miniplot, and what is probably the first female criminal rival since Shiny Gold!
We will be updating this post as we decide on speeches for encounters throughout the process. Any criticism and remarks are appreciated!
Skip Shot and Eos Aduro present:
Free Rival: Mad Scientist Kamika
Type: Varied
Description: Kamika is about 50 years old, and wears her gray hair in a ponytail on her back. She has a violet lab coat over a light purple shirt and grey pants. She also has white glasses with hypnotic blue rings in the lenses (For you XD fans out there, the glasses are very similar to Chobin's). Kamika's battle pose shows her holding a scanner in one hand with a Pokeball in the other.
First Encounter:
Spoiler:
Location: A tunnel that connects to routes between Hollybark Town and Lorango Town. (This means that this will happen before Casey is battled).
Opening Speech: (Bumps into player, ! sign appears over her head. She is holding what appears to be a scanner) Watch where you're going, kid! You could hurt somebody, you know, especially me in my old age! What? What am I doing? What is this scanner? Mind your own business, kid! It's rude to poke your nose into the business of other people! I'll show you why you shouldn't do that!

Kamika: Ow! Watch where you're going, jerk!
(Kamika then runs off. The player starts to walk, then a ! sign appears above his head. A man then walks over to him)
Man: Hm? What seems to be the matter? What?! A crazy scientist stole your starting Pokemon?! That's outrageous! I believe I may have seen her, however. She ran into the department store not too long ago, so she is most likely still in there. Make her pay for what she's done, kid!
(The player then is able to run up to the top floor of the department store where Kamika is.)
Kamika: I see that you noticed I had stolen your starting Pokemon, eh? It is quite powerful, and will be very useful to me in my mission. You want it back, creep? You'll have to fight me to get it!

Fourth Encounter
Spoiler:
Location: A ruined lab located near Volvetti City. This lab does not open up until the Elite 4 has been defeated once. Until then, if the player tries to enter the lab, the following message will occur:
"The door is locked. It's probably not a good idea to barge in."
Getting Inside the Lab: After defeating the Elite 4, when the player defeats the seventh gym, a strange man will walk up to the player.
Man: Hello there! I noticed that you just came out of the gym. Did you receive a badge? Wow! I guess that congratulations are in order. If you really are that powerful, I know of a place great for training. There's an old lab not far from here. Come on, I'll show you! Before we go, let me heal your Pokemon. (Heals Pokemon) Okay, let's get going! (The man then guides the player to the lab). Well, what are you waiting for? Go on inside! (The player walks inside. As soon as the player gets in, however...) *Click!* HAHAHAHAHAHA!! Another foolish Trainer trapped! That was even easier than that foolish woman! If you survive in there, kid, and find the key, then you can come out. So long, sucker!
Ruined Lab Details: Attached at the bottom of the post is a map of the first and second floors of the ruined lab. A green square indicates a room, a light blue rectangle indicates a door, a line indicates a wall, a red square indicates an item, the pink square indicates the location of the rival encounter, a darker blue triangle indicates a staircase, a turqoise square indicates a teleporter, and the arrows indicate where each teleporter can lead to in the map.

Introductory Scene: When the player finally reaches the room with the key and attempts to obtains it, the following message will appear:
"Oh? There appears to be a book underneath the key. (Player) picks up the book and begins to read it... It appears to be a list of scientists that worked on something called the Mewtwo project... Whoa! Kamika's name is listed as one of the top researchers in the project!"
Kamika then teleports into the room from a teleporter.
Kamika: Oh, look! The key that I can use to finally get out of this blasted place!... What?! It's you again!! Are you just stalking me or something, creep? Oh! You have the key!! I need that to get out of here!! I can't let you take it! We'll fight for the key right now!!
Team Strategy: This is primarily a major offensive team, with no setup sweepers required. After Aerodactyl gets Stealth Rock up, Machoke and Magnezone usually will attempt to clear any Steels out of the way, and Electivire attempts to break down dedicated special walls, getting some support from Machoke. Once these are broken down sufficiently, Porygon-Z comes in with its Bulkygon set to hopefully sweep through the weakened opponent.
Defeat Dialogue: Darn it!! I guess that mean that I am trapped here now!
Closing Scene:
Kamika: Well, go ahead and get out of here with the key. I'll get out somehow... What? You'll take me outside? I guess you aren't as creepish as I thought. (Notices book on the ground) Oh? What's this? (! sign appears above her head) Oh, shoot! (Takes book, then turns to player) What? What was that? None of your business!! Hurry up and get me out of here!! (Player guides Kamika back to the entrance, then Kamika runs off).
Afterthought: A man in the city with the eighth gym will say the following after the encounter:
"Did you hear about this mentally insane kid? He found an old lab and locked people in it for pure fun. I think that the police caught him and placed him in a mental institution, however.
Fifth Encounter
Spoiler:
Location: New Amber Town: The player's home and the Pokemon lab located there. Occurs after Storm has been defeated for the second time.
Introductory Scene: After the player walks down the stairs, the mother walks up to the player.
Mom: (Player), congratulations!! I'm so proud that you were able to defeat the Azure Frontier not once, but twice! Your Pokemon must really love you! Speaking of Pokemon, did you hear about Professor (Professor's name)'s newest project? Recently, a Mewtwo was found severely injured outside of Avian Cliffs, and it was brought here for research.
Suddenly, a loud BOOM! ensues, and the screen shakes.
Mom: What... was.. that?! Could Team Enel be attacking?! What is going on?! (Player), please go check it out for your mother's sake! Thanks!
When the player walks outside, he notices smoke rising from the lab. When walking inside, the Professor will run up to him.
Professor: (Player)! We've got some trouble! This Mewtwo we received for research recently woke up, and destroyed all of the equipment in the lab! It's still going on a rampage around the lab! Please try to contain it!
The player then walks to the upper left corner of the lab, where Mewtwo is standing around some burnt equipment. When the player talks to Mewtwo, a battle is initiated. However, right when the player sends out his Pokemon...
???: Master Ball, get it!
A Master Ball then soars through the air and hits Mewtwo, successfully capturing it. The battle mode ends, and Kamika walks over to the ball and picks it up.
Kamika: YES!!! YES!!! I have finally done it!! Mewtwo is mine!! I can know use its power to create a more powerful, less emotionally unstable clone of Mew that will be unstoppable! I will control the world with Mewthree! (Turns to the player) What? You say that you were in a battled with Mewtwo and I wrongfully attempted to capture it? Hah! Do you really think I care about that?! All I care about is Mewtwo!! If you want him so badly, you can fight me for it! That would be a stupid move on your part, however! Do you really think that you can defeat a legendary Pokemon?
Team Strategy: If a team can clear out Rock and Steel types, as well as fast Fighting types, Porygon-Z gets a nice, easy path to sweeping. This team can do that in several ways. First, Aerodactyl sets up Stealth Rock to provide residual damage. Afterwards, it usually always switches out so it can come back later and revenge kill. Magnezone can come in and clear out Scizor, Skarmory, and Forretress with Hidden Power Fire or Thunderbolt, and also revenge kills a large amount of Water-type Pokemon. Rotom's primary job is to take out the fighting types that can also outspeed Porygon-Z or cripple them with either Will-O-Wisp or paralyzing them with Discharge. Machamp finds it easy to set up a Bulk Up if it comes in correctly, which allows it to clout Blissey as well, and also smack around swift Ghost types with Payback. Mewtwo makes a very fast and powerful revenge killer, and therefore has a Choice Scarf. Psycho Boost is placed instead of Selfdestruct because of its sheer power from behind a base 154 Special Attack. After all of the ravaging is done, Porygon-Z comes in to suck up the leftovers, cleaning up with Nasty Plot boosted Tri Attacks and Dark Pulses.
Defeat Dialogue: What?! How?!! This is impossible...
Closing Scene: Ugh... Fine, you win. Have the Mewtwo, like I promised. (Player obtained Mewtwo!) What will I do now? My entire plan to capture Mewtwo and use it to conquer the world with a new clone was ruined... but wait! If I could get Mew in my possession... I could still achieve my goal!! Yes!!! YES!!! Now, If I remember correctly, Mew is in Orre, which means... I don't even have to deal with the likes of you!!! It's a dream come true!! Hahahahaha!! So long, creep! I'm off to make my dreams realized once more!! (Runs off)
Afterwards, the Professor walks up to you.
Professor: Thank you so much for taking care of the Mewtwo, (player)! My research of it was completely lost, so I guess I don't have a use for it anymore. Go ahead and keep the Mewtwo that I see you caught. As a reward for what you have done here, I also want to present you with some items that will lead you to great power. (Obtained the 2 Sacred Ashes! Obtained the 5 Rare Candies! Obtained the Dragon Crystal!) The last item I gave you, the Dragon Crystal, can be activated in a grassy patch in any route or town to summon a Latios! Be wary of where you use it, however! Well, good luck!
Dragon Crystal:
Summons Latios upon use in a grassy patch. Level is the same as the average of the wild Pokemon on the route the Dragon Crystal is used on. Can only be used once.
Great entry so far; you make a powerful team. I would like to remind you that the hack is supposed to be extremely challenging. Your level ranges are fine, but unless it somehow screws with your plot, can you evolve / change some of the pokemon (in the second encounter) to make it so? That's all for now, I look forward to the rest of the rival, and also to all the other submissions that I suspect are coming in =].
EDIT: Raekuul: What do you mean "Town-With-International-Access"? Give an example of one so that I can help you =]
Vermillion, Olivine... basically anywhere with a port would be good. An airport is good too, if we're inland. Anywhere where it wouldn't be uncommon to see someone from another region.

I suppose we could evolve Magnemite into a Magneton in the second encounter or Porygon into Porygon2. We don't want to change the Pokemon because the team is going to build up to an offensive team using "scientist-used" Pokemon mostly, so we want to build up to that point. Don't worry, we have huge level gaps in the next encounters, so it will be a greater challenge.
Appearance: She has the same clothes as May does. The red is pink though. She is tall and skinny. Her age is 14. She has long brunette hair. She wears sunglasses only on the first and second encounters.
Encounter 1-
Spoiler:
Location:On your way to the city after Gym 1. She pops up looking for pokemon in a grass patch.
Opening Speech: Hey, trainer. Are you a beginner too? Really? Great! Let's battle!
After-Battle Speech: What's your name trainer? That's a good name. I guess you're taking the Gym Challenge too. I hope to see you at the other Gyms!
Encounter 2-
Spoiler:
Location:Just outside Gym 3. When you get to the door, she pops out.
Opening Speech: Ah! You're here. Welcome to Gym number 3! I just beat it. Are you healed? [Tabitha heals your pokemon anyway.] There! Now. Let's battle. I want to see if I can beat you.
After-Battle Speech: Well, you are training and loving your pokemon! I hope I can become as strong as you are. Oh, and have you heard of that criminal team, oh what is their name? Well, have you heard of anyone like that? [Player answers Yes or No]
If yes: You have?! Who? Where? I'll get Officer Jenny!
If no: Oh. Well be on the lookout though.
Encounter 3-
Spoiler:
Location:In the city after Gym 4. (Remember, she's not wearing sunglasses anymore.)
Opening Speech: Oh, hi [Name]. How have you been? Well, I've been fine. I caught more pokemon! Wanna see?
After-Battle Speech: I knew it, I knew it! You are amazing. Oh, and if you didn't get the hint, we are now rivals! I'd love to tag-battle with you, but I don't know. Well, see ya!
Encounter 4-
Spoiler:
Location: A forest between Gym 5 and the next city.
Opening Speech: Hello. Welcome to Algrace Forest. I was looking through books and found one about this forest. It tells of an ancient civilization that once lived here! I read through it and discovered a lot of things. The civilization's capitol is supposedly still here, and I am determined to find it! But first, let's battle!
After-Battle Speech: Well, I'm off to search for that village. I hope to see you once I figure out what the civilization's guardian is. Well, bye!
Ecounter 5-
Spoiler:
Location: Small Mine to the west of Gym 6.
Opening Speech: Whoa! I didn't know you were there! I was looking for ground and rock type pokemon here. I haven't found any yet, though. This mine was just opened to the public only a week ago. I read about it in the paper. I came to add to my team, but, like I said before, I haven't found any. Wanna battle? Ok!
After-Battle Speech:Well, I hope I catch all the pokemon in the Pokedex! I'll be here for a while. Come vist if you have time. I'll probablly be gone by the time you beat the Gym though. So, see ya later? Hope so!
*This is a special move that will be passed on to Slaking.
Spoiler:
*pokemonelite2000 image removed*Froslass will be a pain. She will spam double team after using Hail. This causes you to almost always miss it. This lets Froslass stay in for a long time. She can cause havoc if you don't take her down early on.
*pokemonelite2000 image removed*Gardevoir uses Calm Mind to help Psychic get to its full potential. STAB also helps Gardevoir. The downside to Gardevoir is its inability to hit Dark types. That's where Vigoroth ot Weavile comes in to aid her.
*pokemonelite2000 image removed*The final addition to Tabitha's team, Vigoroth has max Attack stat. This is his only appearance as a Vigoroth. He will use Close Combat the most. His other attacks are to help his sweep or, in the case of Slash, for an alternate attack.
*pokemonelite2000 image removed*Kingdra uses the dancing technique. She will use Rain Dance for her ability and Dragon Dance for attack purposes. Water Veil will slowly heal her and Dragon Pulse gets STAB.
*pokemonelite2000 image removed*Weavile is the sweeper of this team. She will alternate her attacks depending on the opponent, but will always up its Speed and Attack at least once with Agility and Swords Dance.
Encounter 6-
Spoiler:
Location: Right after Gym 8. On your way out of the Gym, she is looking around and spots you.
Opening Speech:Hey! [Name], you beat the last Gym? Wow! Your on your way kid. Let's have one more battle before you make your journey to the Pokemon League.
After-Battle Speech: I..I can't believe it. You have beaten me again. I hope I get to the Pokemon League in time to see you become champion! I gotta go heal. Bye!
Strategy:
Spoiler:
*pokemonelite2000 image removed*Froslass is a pain to defeat. She will Hail, which ups her evasion. Calm Mind is to help her sweep your team better. Ice Beam is her main move. She falls back on Shadow Ball if you send out a pokemon strong in defense against Ice types.
*pokemonelite2000 image removed*Gardevoir is a Special sweeper. Calm Mind helps Psychic to destroy her team. She will always Hypnosis the pokemon against her. Dream Eater will drain your HP, but heal her's. With the CM raise, Dream Eater also sweeps. Gardevoir has one drawback, she isn't able to hit Dark types. That's where Weavile comes in and helps.
*pokemonelite2000 image removed*Kingdra, the team's Dancer. Kindra will be the fastest on the team. From Swift Swim and Dragon Dance, Kingdra will be the sweeper. With no weakness other than Dragon, Kingdra will be the best sweeper this team has.
*pokemonelite2000 image removed*Slaking uses its specially gained move, Close Combat the most. It may lower its Defense and Spe. Def., but that's why it has maxed out Defense and Spe. Defense in the first place. Rest is the healing part of his moves.
*pokemonelite2000 image removed*Weavile will destroy your team if it can get at least 1 Swords Dance in. She will always start with that, unless she is switched in for Gardevoir. Agility is only used if you have a Weavile yourself or another pokemon that is much faster than her.
Encounter 7-
Spoiler:
Loctaion: The airport after you defeat the Pokemon League. This is the gateway to the Battle Frontier. You have to get an invitation from the Brains. Yo can only obtain this when you have talked to all the gym leaders. They tell you all about the Frontier. You then recieve a letter from the Brains.
Opening Speech: [Name]! Congrats on defeating the Pokemon League. I can't believe it! You're taking the Battle Frontier Challenge too? Wow! The flight doesn't leave for another hour. So...wanna battle? One last time and we can part forever. We may still se each other, but we won't have to battle. So, how 'bout it? Great! Let's go!
After-Battle Speech: Wow. You're ready to face the Brains. Oh oh! Look, the plane is here. Let's go!
Strategy:
Spoiler:
*pokemonelite2000 image removed*The lead. She always starts with hail to up her evasion from Snow Cloak. She will then try a Calm Mind sweep with Ice Beam. Shadow ball is for any Ghost, Psychic, or any others that can tank Ice Beam.
*pokemonelite2000 image removed*Gardevoir will try to put your pokemon to sleep then use Calm Mind. Once she has at least 2 Calm Minds, she will use either Dream Eater if you're still asleep, or Psychic if you're not.
*pokemonelite2000 image removed*Kingdra will Rain Dance to up its speed then Dragon Dance to up its attack and speed more. It will then use Outrage to destroy you're team. If Kingdra lasts long enough to get confused, Tabitha will usually switch it out or, more likely, use a Full Heal.
*pokemonelite2000 image removed*The tank. With max Sp. Def. and Defense, Slaking will not be taken down easily. Its uses Skill Swap first to get rid of Truant and then attack. If he gets low on HP, Slaking will use Rest to regain the lost HP and will be automaticly awaken by its Chesto Berry.
*pokemonelite2000 image removed*Weavile, Tabitha's star pokemon. She will always be switched in if Hail from Froslass is still up. This will slowly damage your pokemon, but not Weavile. If a fighting type is sent out, Gardevoir will always be switched in, and vice-versa. Weavile will attack if Hail is already up, or use Hail if it's not. Swords Dance sweep is Weavile's main strategy.
*By the way, try to give Tabitha's battles Cyrus's battle Music from Platinum if you can. This makes the battles so much better, (to me at least).
Now completely finished!:D
The airport. Pink=Event Light Blue=Battle Frontier Plane

I am back! lol um i was wondering with the Free Rival, how could I incooperate it that you meet him on some random route? I mean idk...just like what route numbers can I use I guess.
I wasn't going to do this, but I decided to do it. I'm entering a free rival, and he is the one who Brent referenced. Also, I realised that you could add in a little story. Unless it is only for the Hometown Rival thing, of course.
EDIT: Decided to add in a little side story after the final Rival Battle, hope it's okay.
ROUND 1 (Takes Place just before the 4th Gym) Name: Master Pkmn. Trainer David E.
Appearance: David has long blonde hair, tied into a rat's tail to keep out of his eyes. His skin is tan, and he wears shades. He wears a white long-sleeved shirt, and his pants are dark gray. His battle pose is him holding a pokeball with his left hand, with his right hand behind his back.
Opening Speech: So, you are someone who follows their dreams, eh? Well... this might be interesting after all. You remind me of my younger brother. Well, shall we begin?
David's team isn't the best, and lacks the third member of the elemental trio, which is a weakness. Infernape is the anti-lead, who can both set up Stealth Rock, and can hold out for a while, and maybe take down some opponents. Shaymin is the Support, here to stall, and maybe take down some pokemon as well. It can stay in for a while, and if it is switched out, along with Rest, it can come back at full health. Lucario is the Physical Sweeper, and boy can it deal some damage. With Swords Dance, it can deal some extreme damage with its 120 Base Power STAB Close Combat. Despite not being a complete team, it is tough to deal with.
Infernape: Infernape is an anti-lead, which is something I haven't put in a rival yet. It can set up Stealth Rock, but it does have some advantages to allow it to take down opponents. It has Fake Out which causes the opponent to flinch and allow Infernape to blast it with STAB Fire Blast or STAB Close Combat. It is a major threat on the battlefield, do not take this pokemon lightly.
Shaymin: Shaymin plays support, which means it is to be in there as long as possible. It is the weakest hitter, but it can come back. Rest along with Natural Cure is a match made in heaven, allowing it to cut the non-use time in half by switching out. Aromatherapy allows it, and the rest of the team, to recover from status effects, HP Fire is to take down threats of the Steel or Ice types, and Seed Flare is there as a STAB move that can be pretty powerful.
Lucario: Lucario is the physical sweeper of the team, and with Swords Dance, and a 120 Base ATK STAB move, it is quite possibly one of the best Late-Game sweepers in the OU category. It may not complete the Elemental Trio of Fire, Water and Grass, but it is still a powerful member. Swords Dance is mandatory for this move to work, as it allows Lucario to become more powerful then before. Close Combat is the STAB 120 Base ATK, which makes it closer to 180 Base ATK. Extremespeed is there to hit hard, and to hit first, and Crunch is there to take down psychics quicker. It is a powerful pokemon, and can take down opponents quickly, if they're caught off guard, or maybe even on guard.
Closing Speech: … Hmm.
Final Words: Hmm... that was a good fight. I am impressed. You're not bad, but you still have a lot of improvement. I hope to see you improve in the future, because I won't always hold back to this extent.
ROUND 2 (Takes place just before 6th Gym) Name: Master Pkmn Trainer: David E.
Opening Speech: So you're still a trainer, eh? Well, this fight will be fun. This time, I won't hold back... as much. Prepare for a fight you won't forget, (Name)
Unlike before, with the addition of Kingdra, his elemental triad is complete. Not to mention being a Special Sweeper, it is a powerful opponent to contend with. Infernape is the anti-lead, with both Stealth Rock and its high-powered STAB moves to keep it in the game. Shaymin is the Support, someone who can take a lot of hits, and heal other members if they have status conditions. Kingdra is the newest member, and it is powerful. Rain Dance makes it so that its water moves are even more powerful then before, and Swift Swim makes it faster. It has to set up Rain Dance, though. Lucario is the Physical Sweeper, with its Swords Dance, and Close Combat combo, it can take down many of opponents, and its other moves are great as well.
Kingdra: Kingdra is the Special Sweeper of the team, and boy is it powerful. With Swift Swim it is faster then it was before, but not the fastest. However, it can use Rain Dance, and power up its Water Type moves. With 120 Base STAB Hydro Pump, it is a powerful move for sure, and under Rain Dance, it will be even more powerful. Waterfall is another attack to take Hydro Pump's place in case it runs out, and Draco Meteor is a 150 Base STAB attack, making it a powerful attack as well. This pokemon is a threat.
Extremespeed is there to hit hard, and to hit first, and Crunch can take down Psychics that can be trouble. It is a powerful pokemon, and can take down opponents quickly, if they're caught off guard, or maybe even on guard.
Closing Speech: …
Final Words: Once again, you were a great fighter, and you managed to beat me. That is worthy of praise in itself. But remember, next time, I will not hold back as much as I did today. Maybe you'll see how powerful I truly am someday.
ROUND 3 (Takes Place before 1st Round Elite 4) Name: Master Pkmn.
Opening Speech: Heh, I never thought I'd see you here. By the way, I saw another trainer looking for you. He looked pretty powerful, so I thought to find you first. Are you ready? This time, I'm only holding back a little bit, so be careful.
T[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]eam: [/FONT]
Lv. 86 Infernape (Item: Focus Sash) (Moveset: LeadApe) (Position: Anti-Lead) Nature: Naive Ability: Blaze Sex: Male Moves: Fakeout, Stealth Rock, Fire Blast, Close Combat EVs: 64 Atk / 252 SpA / 192 Spd
Unlike last time, David did not have a Tank, nor was he as powerful as he is now. With an upgrade of almost 40 levels, his pokemon are a lot more powerful, and will deal some heavy damage. Like always, Infernape is the Anti-lead, who uses Stealth Rock to damage opponents as they come in, and can fight with its STAB moves, Metagross, the Tank, who can take a hit, as well as dish it back, equipped with Explosion if it is weak, then there's Shaymin who still plays support, and can also stay in for a while. It also has aromatherapy to heal status effects, and the Rest + Natural Cure trick. Then we have Kingdra, the Special Sweeper, who uses Rain Dance to make its already powerful STAB moves even more powerful, and Lucario, the Physical Sweeper, who uses Swords Dance to become a harder hitter, and with Close Combat, it is a force to be reckoned with.
Metagross: Metagross is the Tank of the team, with its high defenses and type coverage allowing it to soak up hits. However, it is also fairly powerful. Not as much as Kingdra or Lucario, but it can put up a fight. Meteor Mash is a powerful attack to use, Earthquake is an even better attack to use, especially against Fire or Rock Types, Light Screen raises SpD, and Explosion is the last resort to take down the opponent. It isn't the greatest tank, but it's adequate.

Extremespeed is there to hit hard, and to hit first, and Crunch is to take down psychic types that can cause her trouble. It is a powerful pokemon, and can take down opponents quickly, if they're caught off guard, or maybe even on guard.
Closing Speech: Heh, congratulations.
Final Words: I'll let you get back onto your journey. Make me proud and become the Champion, and maybe we will meet again. Next time, I will not hold back, so if you wish to challenge me, you'd better break the limits of your pokemon, or else.
FINAL ROUND (Takes place after the 2nd Storm Battle in a cave dungeon that is accessible only after Storm.) Name: Master Pkmn.
Beginning of Cave: ?: Wahaha! Soon the legendary Groudon shall be awoken.
?(2): Heh, finally. Now we can get back at Team Enel for abandoning us.
?: Yeah, let's go in. I can't wait. (Walks in)
?(2): Hey, wait up! (Runs after other guy.)
Opening Speech: This whole time, I followed your progress. You performed admirably against the Gyms, against the Elite Four, against Master-Champion Storm, and me, a champion-level trainer. You took down Rei and stopped his mad plans, but now... can you face your final challenge? Can you face me in one last fight? Let's find out. Get ready, because I'm not holding back!
Team:
Lv. 111 Infernape (Item: Focus Sash) (Moveset: LeadApe) (Position: Anti-Lead) Nature: Naive Ability: Blaze Sex: Male Moves: Fakeout, Stealth Rock, Fire Blast, Close Combat EVs: 64 Atk / 252 SpA / 192 Spd
This is the final battle of the rival battles, and with all Level 111's, it will, and I mean it will be a tough fight. Be prepared to use everything you got, and more for this guy, and prepare well. Infernape is a hard hitter, and is the Anti-lead. It sets up Stealth Rock, but it's attacks are quite powerful. Metagross is still the Tank of the team, nothing changed with it either. Explosion as a last resort, and it can soak up damage.
Shaymin is still like before, in that it is still the status healer of the group. It can stay in longer with the Rest + Natural Cure combo. Kingdra is the Special Sweeper of the group, and it doesn't disappoint. With Rain Dance, its attacks are a lot tougher then before, and with a STAB 120 Base attack, that's pretty impressive.
Latias is the new pokemon in the group, and it is a pain. It can boost the party's defense with Reflect. Recover will allow it to stay in, and it will switch your pokemon out with Roar. And Lucario is the Physical Sweeper, who is quite powerful with Swords Dance.
Latias: Latias is another support in the team. She has Dragon Pulse to attack, Recover to stay in the fight, Roar to switch your pokemon, and Reflect to boost the team's Defense. It is probably the weakest pokemon on the team, due to its lack of offensive moves, but it can stick in the fight, and is an annoyance.
Extremespeed is there to hit hard, and to hit first, and Crunch is to take down psychic types that can cause her trouble. It is a powerful pokemon, and can take down opponents quickly, if they're caught off guard, or maybe even on guard.
Closing Speech: Incredible, you managed to trump me in battle. I wish I could reward you with a badge, but unfortunately I can't.
Final Words: David: So, you beat me this time, eh? Well, you have truly proven yourself as one of the most powerful trainers in the world. I am impressed. Truly, truly impressed with what you managed to do. With so little time, you managed to defeat many opponents, easy and tough. Rei, Storm and myself as examples. You managed to make a name for yourself almost as quickly as I did. Hopefully my little brother can follow your example. Heh, and once again, congratulations. I'm going to be leaving now.
(Room begins to shake)
David: What the?
GRRRRRR
(Suddenly Groudon appears)
Groudon: ROOOAR!
David: What's going on!?
?: Hahaha!
? (2): We did it! We finally woke it up!
(Two people run in)
David: Who are you?
?: Heh, you dare ask our names? Very well, I'm Marcus!
? (2): I'm Drake, nice to meet you both.
Marcus: Your fight woke up the legendary Groudon. Now that it's free, we can use it to conquer the entire planet!
Drake: Let's not forget complete annihilation of the northern ice caps, after all, we want to be at the top of the world, and it would be too much of a hassle to live in the cold.
Both: Hahaha!
David: We have to stop them, if we lose the northern ice caps, then we're going to loose a lot of water, and lives.
Drake: Heh, I don't think so. Master Ball, go!
(Groudon disappears into the Master Ball)
Drake: Let's go, Marcus!
(The two run out of the room)
David: Let's hurry up and catch them.
(First room of dungeon)
David: Hey you, stop!
Drake: Aww, look at that, they think we can be stopped. We have the power of a God on our side, so if I were you, I'd just go back into the cave.
Marcus: Yeah, we have been searching for Groudon ever since we were kicked out by Team Enel, now we have it, and we will rule the planet.
David: I'm the ex-champion of Johto, I think I can handle you.
Drake: Fine then! We shall fight a double battle! You and the kid vs. Marcus and I. The winners walk out alive.
David: Fine.
Marcus: Let's go!
Drake's Appearance: Drake is a thin man who wears a red and black flannel with a black shirt underneath and blue pants. His hair is black, and slicked back.
Marcus' Appearance: Marcus is a muscular man who wears a brown jacket with the front open, and no shirt underneath. He wears black pants, and his hair is blonde, and is a little messy.
David's Team:
Lv. 111 Infernape (Item: Focus Sash) (Moveset: LeadApe) (Position: Anti-Lead) Nature: Naive Ability: Blaze Sex: Male Moves: Fakeout, Stealth Rock, Fire Blast, Close Combat EVs: 64 Atk / 252 SpA / 192 Spd

Marcus' Team Lv. 111 Skarmory (Item: Shed Shell) (Moveset: Spiker) (Position: Lead 1) Nature: Impish Ability: Keen Eye Sex: Male Moves: Brave Bird, Roost, Spikes, Whirlwind EVs: 252 HP / 64 Atk / 176 Def / 16 Spe
Lv. 111 Groudon (Item: Life Orb) (Moveset: Rock Polish) (Position: Special Sweeper 2) Nature: Jolly Ability: Drought Sex: Genderless Moves: Rock Polish, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Swords Dance EVs: 112 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Def / 136 Spe
Strategy: These two are a double battle, so this might be tough. Marcus is more of a supporting team, while Drake has the sweeping team. Let's start with Marcus. No full strategy for them, but individual strategies only.
Marcus' Team:
Spoiler:
Skarmory: Skarmory is Marcus' lead, and indeed it can be a pest. Spikes is there to damage pokemon as they come out, obviously. Brave Bird is there so Skarmory can hold its own against other pokemon, and with a STAB, it is quite powerful. Whirlwind is also somewhat of a problem, as it switches your pokemon out, which can be annoying.
Blissey: Aromatherapy is there to heal status effects on their teams, as well as on itself, allowing them to stay stronger for a while longer, Softboiled keeps Blissey in top shape allowing it to go on longer while Drake hammers on your teams, Flamethrower is there to attack opponents of a Steel or Grass type persuasion, and Toxic is there so it can whittle down more health quicker.
Flygon: Another supporter, and generally a pest. It uses Toxic to wear down opponents, and Roost is to heal himself, so that it wouldn't fall as easily. Earthquake is there as a STAB attack that can whittle down HP, and Fire Blast is another attack to drain health from the opponent while Toxic does its work.
Drake's Team:
Spoiler:
Mamoswine: Mamoswine is Drake's Lead, and true to Drake's team, it is powerful. Earthquake is a powerful STAB attack that, complimented with Mamoswine's 130 Base Atk, would be pretty powerful. Ice Shard is another STAB attack to take down Grass and Flying types. Stone Edge exists on this team to take down Flyers, including Gyarados, and Superpower is to take down endurant threats like Blissey.
Scizor: With U-Turn, it deals some damage to the opponent, and might switch in Groudon if your pokemon is weak, so be weary of that, Bullet Punch is a STAB Steel move that gets priority. Superpower allows for heavy hits against endurant pokemon, much like Mamoswine's, so that too could be a problem. Pursuit is there to deal damage with incoming pokemon on either David or (Name), so that too may be a problem. He may not be the most powerful, but he is a threat.
Groudon: Another powerful sweeper, and quite possibly the most dangerous opponent in this fight. Groudon can already hit hard, and with Rock Polish, it can become faster, but it's still not done! If it can get up Swords Dance, it will be devastating. Earthquake is a STAB 100 Base Power attack, and with Groudon's high POW, it will do some damage. Stone Edge is there to devastate flying, ice, and fire type pokemon.
Closing Words: Drake:Wh-what!? How could we lose!? My pokemon should have sweeped you up! Marcus: No! My support was shattered!
Final Words: Drake: N-no! I can't believe this! How did we lose!? We are some of the most powerful people in the world! We have some of the most powerful pokemon you can find! HOW DID WE LOSE!?
Marcus: Uh-oh... boss!
Drake: Feh, this Groudon wasn't worth the trouble. I'm going to get you back for this, even if I have to wait a hundred years!
David: As Ex-Champion of Johto, I have the authority to arrest you for your crimes. You two aren't going anywhere, unless you would like to be chased down by my Lucario.
Drake: ... Feh, I guess we're cornered. Heh, I already released Groudon, it probably dug underground to get more sleep.
Marcus: I don't want to go to prison.
David: Let's go, you two.
(The three walk out of the cave)
(Unknown Area) ?1: It seems as though they failed. It is unfortunate. All three of my pawns: Rei, Marcus, and Drake have failed. ?2: Sir, what does this mean? ?1: We'll have to wait. This may not be a problem. But keep an eye on the Champion, he/she might be useful to us later. If the project has any hope of salvation, that is.
If you return later, you can catch Groudon.
Lv. 70 Groudon Nature: Random Ability: Drought Sex: Genderless Moves: Eruption, Fire Blast, Fissure, Rest EVs: None
And out in the sea somewhere, in a cave underwater, there is another... awoken by Groudon's own awakening.
Lv. 70 Kyogre Nature: Random Ability: Drizzle Sex: Genderless Moves: Water Spout, Hydro Pump, Sheer Cold, Rest EVs: None
Zeta, you're following a very competitive team based rival this time, which I like. Of course if this was the RMT section your team would be torn apart but luckily the mods there don't care :) (But seriously tbh if DD/MixMence could get up to level 111 your team would be toast, epsecially if Kingdra doesn't have Rain Dance up yet.)
Anyways, Eos and I have finished our third encounter, are finalizing our fourth, and have a massive plan drafted for the final encounter. We've also decided that no Pokemon on our team will be higher than level 105, and have updated our post with the third encounter. Feel free to criticize!
