Story and problem, and solution.

ebuchet MS]Hoenn has been aspiring over the past 50 years. In the year of 2061, hoenn is recorded to have the highest sales in the industrial market. It has the strongest league. Some of the strongest wild pokemon have been popping up in hoenn over the course of the 50 years. Devon co. gets tons of millions of dollars by selling their new pokedex. 50% percent of their sales goes to the city, 10% percent goes for wages, and the other 40% goes to the influential political head and champion of Hoenn- Steven Stone. But other regions do get jealous. Outside they may be sugary, but inside they want to ruin hoenn. So they sent 20 of their best battlers, 5 from each region, to drive out hoenn. They started off small, at first just small pidgey poop bombings. Then they infiltrated Slateport city's water source with 50 grimer. Then they started leading full scale attacks on cities. Of course, they were hushed down, but Stone got worried. Then he had an idea. See, he wanted to drill into his opponents that their afforts were going to be fruitless. But he didn't want to destroy them; the other regions were the source of his wealth. He wanted to protect hoenn. His idea was to get 6 of his best battlers to repel attacks and ambushes. But he couldn't use the elite, he needed them at the league. So why not use kids? He would get 10 kids to go on an adventure, capturing and training pokemon, making them strong. They would then try to beat the league, and Steven would see if he had made the right choice when they came to battle him. If they came to battle him. And it was an easy money scheme. They would have to buy supplies. They would have to pay taxes. When they reached Steven, he would tell them of the real reason behind his plan. And, they would have already stopped attacks. The people he was going to choose had personality's so that they would defeat evil along the way. Then when they met steven, they would get into the real crime busting careers. It was foolproof. Johto, Kanto, Sinnoh, Unova- Better watch out.[/FONT]

You are one of the people who was chosen to become a protector of hoenn. You have eagerly accepted Steven's invitation (Also include that in your first RP post), and you are going to go on an adventure. Of course, steven's real reasons are unknown to you; You think this is to promote more activity in the league. You are to capture and train pokemon, and interact with other RPers ONLY for trading. And at the end, you all will work together to thwart the other regions. Along the way, you will stop terrorist efforts, though you will be unsure of the real situation; Steven has done quite a good job masking it from you.

Rules:

1. Use proper grammar. No 'h3 wlked thru the forest look1ng for pokes.'
2. All RP rules and PC rules apply here.
3. Keep it PG 15, dont go extreme.
4. Only 6 pokemon on a team, max. You can put pokemon in the PC.
5. I choose if you capture a pokemon. Always end the post with the ball shaking. I will choose depending on the way you wrote up the posts.
6. No legends will be caught, nor will they appear.
7. I decide the stats of the wild pokemon.
8. No controlling another RPers character, unless you have their permission.
10 BE ACTIVE. If you are inactive and do not give me a reason, prepare to get kicked out.
11 You will immediately get booted if you do not follow the rules.
12. Follow the rules.
13. When you are battling an E4/Gym Leader, always end with both pokemon struggling to get up. I will say who wins, then you can make up a bit on how ______ beat ________.
14. Shinies can appear anytime- Just remember they are harder to catch and you need a super good post to get a shiny.

The choices for your starters are:
Remember, only one of these. Please do not choose a starter if it's already taken. And I post evos when your pokemon evolves. Each pokemon can have a total of four moves. I will add moves if there is space, and will VM/post in the OOC asking you which mobe to delete or if you want or dont want to learn the move.

Connor is a very caring person. He is usually very quiet. Most of the times he makes people think that he is very gentle and can't get angry, but think again. When enraged, he is not a person you want to mess with. Usually his confidence takes over his smartness, but regardless of that, he is a force to be reckoned with.

Background Information (History):
When he was about 7, Connor was a very spoilt child. Once he gets his eye on something, there's no stopping him. This was not a problem with his parents, as they had all the money they can use. His ways changed when he first saw Pokemon battling. Thrilled at how awesome battling is, he challenged himself to be one of the best sometime when he was older.

At the age of 12, Connor read Steven's invitation. He was overjoyed, realising that he had a chance to finally make his childhood dream come true. He faces stiff competition though, from Gym Leaders, the Elite Four, the Champion and ultimately another challenge he has yet to know about.

Choice of starter:
Connor's choice of starter is Terrange. He is a loyal Pokemon, but in some circumstances can get out of hand. He only sometimes shows his true feelings whether he has achieved something amazing or when he is hurt badly.

Gender: Female

Personality:

Kara is out going, and usually happy. But when she is mad or upset, the person who does make her mad or upset could be in big trouble. Kara likes making friends, and hates being alone. She loves pokemon, partly because she grew up on a pokemon ranch. Kara is entergetic, and hates sitting down and doing nothing, unless she's reading. Kara likes mystery and adventure.

Background Information (History):

Kara grew up on a pokemon ranch near Fallabor Town. She started learning how to take care of pokemon at three years old, from her parents. At school she was one of the more popular kids, but she wasn't mean at all. She loved reading, expecially magic books, and mystery and adventure books. She always helped out any one who needed help, weither she knew them or not.
Kara had a lot of friends at school. She was always loyal to her friends, and always kept in touch with them over the breaks and even the weekends. When her best friend, Andrew Arron, moved away, before she sang "It's All about you" to him. And as he drove away, she sullited, with tears rolling from her eyes.
Everyone worried about her for a week, because for a week after Andrew moved she was very issolated and wasn't at all like herself. But she recovored, and things slowly went back to normal. She loved music, and even wrote a few songs of her own, along with a few stories of her own. She keeps a journal, where she can always "read her memmories".

Choice of starter: Kara chose Tadturp, loving cute pokemon. Tadturp loves Kara very much, and hates seeing her, or anyone, sad. Tadturp is a very loving and loveable pokemon and does her best to impress Adriane and do was she was told to. Tadturp is a she.

I worked to make sure this was as long as I could think of. I signed up the first time this was posted, but it died. I love rps with fakemon! I worked really hard because I love the idea of this rp, and I got denied in the last roleplay I signed up for. That was the first time I ever got denied and wasn't allowed to try again. :/ Anyways, hope I'm accepted!

Name: Augie Morterkey

Age: 13

Personality: Augie is a calm person but quite clumsy at times. He has a calm composure and does not usually panic except if things are really bad. He can be quite deceptive sometimes and also quite nasty when he wants to be. When he does get deceptive usually the targeted person for deception never even finds out about the trick until it is too late. He is a person who can make friends easily and will protect them at all cost's. Though calm,augie is like Tarnaquax and is a bit arrogant and usually underestiamtes his foes. This leads to a sometimes terrible ending in his battles.

History: Augie grew up in Dewford city where he learned to surf and survive inside caves. He lived there with his parents, sister, and his father's makuhita. When he was a kid, he played with Makuhita all the time. He had lots of books about the elite four and the hoenn regiom and he had read them many times over. As a result, he has remembered some of the routes to a point where he could walk through them blindfolded. He actually tried this once in Petalburg city.He got across the whole town buying supplies blindfolded. When he received the invitation letter, he was shocked,surprised and overjoyed.His dream came true and he immideately went out on his journey. At first, he was unsure what to do. But thanks to some guidance from his parents he got his starter and rocketed into the world of unexpected dangers and thrills.

Choice of starter: Augie chose Tarnaquax as his starter.Tarnauqax loved Augie and vice versa. He is usually friendly but can sometimes get angry and get out of control.Tarnaquax is slightly arrogant and sometimes refuses food that Augie gives him and even ran away once when Augie treated him badly for just one hour.

Oh I'm sorry. Yesterday my signs ups were REALLY off on grammer, I'm usually much better, I promise! I'm considering running my posts through a spell check and stuff, so my posts should be much better than my sign up. Thanks so much for accepting me! and I'm obviously really excited for this rp because I checked like two or three times to see if I was accepted, but you hadn't posted yet, and I go to hit roleplays, and it says you posted, I'm like, eep! Oh and the friend moving away was kinda to show you how she handles sad situations and stuff. Oh, and quick question. Are we supposed to do our appearance in our first post? Because I noticed there was no appearance part of the sign up.
