No, ~Morning Bliss~ is incorrect. As it states in the quote, the first Tamato Berry will reduce that Pokemon's Effort Values to 100, not 155.

I do not stand incorrect. The person specifically stated that if the pokémon has 255 EV's in a stat, since the Tamato Berry will reduce the EV's by 100, it will be 155. 255 minus 100 is 155 and that's how much EV's the pokémon will have left in that stat.

Read the quote again:

The first berry reduces the base stat to 100.

It reduces the number of Effort Values to 100, not by 100, meaning that there will only be 100 EVs remaining.

Ummm, I'd suggest the Game Development forum. Most of us here don't know anything about hacking.

Um, well usually the pokecenters do have basements. Go inside on the first floor and look for an elevator, it should be there. If you plan on trading, make sure you have a wifi connection, or this'll just be a waste of your time. You could also go to the GTS, it's a building located in Jubilife city. But you'll have to get it from someone else, who's offering it. Because once you trade your pokemon over, it's almost a given that you won't be getting it back. Hope I helped. The Pokémon Centers still have the availability to trade. There are two ways you can trade in the Pokémon Center. If you go upstairs from the Pokémon Center, one of the lady's there will be the one where you can trade with your nearby friend(s) [no higher than 30 feet away]. If you go downstairs the Pokémon Center, there is a lady in which will allow you to trade and battle around the world. This feature is only available once you have a Wireless Router in which is called Wi-fi. You do not need a Wireless Router only; you can get a Wi-fi USB Connecter if you want as well. The upstairs trade/battle center is only where you can battle and trade with your friends that are no higher than 30 feet away from you. You cannot trade and battle with people around the world in that place either. For the one downstairs, in order to battle and trade with people there, you have to register their friend codes [as seen in some signatures here on PC] in your Pal Pad while they need to have yours too. Hope this is what you needed...

Uh, I'm trying to make a good slowking and training it to be it's best, however, I noticed Slowpoke has a higher attack stat then sp. attack which is what I'm going to make my slowking specialize in. (duh.) So I was wondering should I evolve it before I start training or does it matter?

No, it does not matter on if you evolve it or not. It is really your decision on what you do there. If you want, you could always EV train Slowpoke and then evolve it when you're done EVing, but that'd make you leave out on some of Slowking's moves I believe. So just decide on if you want to evolve it or not, as it doesn't really matter.

There's a move tutor somewhere that will teach it. I think he's on route 212 so look for him there. Assuming you have platinum that is

Only through a Move Tutor. They can teach Pokemon moves that are not normally learnt through TM's, HM's or levelling up. Your Tyranitar will only learn Fire Punch from a Move Tutor, but nowhere else.
