Hello everyone I just started pokemon white and got my palpad.(apparently I needed this to trade) I want a low level charmender with any ev since I'm not familiar with those yet. I have about a dozen zorua I want to get rid of, I'm not really looking for anything specific in return but I do have huge gaps in my pre gen-V pokedex so if you could help me out that would be awesome.
