Issue: Quoting Notification Issues

I've had it happen a few times, but never paid enough attention to see whether they were edited posts or not \: But I shall trust your word!

me too a guy quoted my post and i had 3-4 notifications :/

On this new Notification system in the user control panel (here on the website, not in the game) is anyone getting 3 - 7 duplicate notifications when someone quotes one of your posts in their posts? It's getting really annoying when I come to the site, see I have 22 notifications, open it and the first 7 listed are all for the same quote in the same thread? Surely the people quoting you aren't quoting, deleting, and quoting again, are they? Am I the only one getting this? If not, is there a fix coming? Or is there a setting I can turn off myself to not get ANY notifications when people quote me? (I honestly don't mind getting *A* notification when I have been quoted, it's when I get multiples for the same quote that it's a little excessive)

I've sometimes had duplicate notifications too. I think it gives you a notification for the original post, and one more for each time they edit their post.

Hopefully an admin will see it and say something soon. And now you have 2 notifications about this post of mine...
