Have you ever seen the old TV cartoon "Get Ed"? I grew up watching it! The main kid, Ed, had a little '''AI''' digital companion that followed him around that he called Torch, that looked pretty similar to how a shiny Chandelure looks, so I wanted one! ALL I would fine, in all the time I hunted it, were female Litwicks, Torch was at the very least voiced by a guy, although 'he'(?) was an AI, so I'm pretty sure it would make more since if the Chandelure line was genderless lol. :p
And speaking of...

It's nice... kinda would've liked to have the cloud wings become cotton candy pink though. A swap for the gold might be in order if gold and pink clash too much.
