The picture is excellent - if you made it have a little more contrast, and got rid of the text, it would serve as a good avatar.

I can't really rate that out of 10 because my computer is crap and doesn't have enough lighting.
My avatar is just floating around the internet with no rights because the whoever made it abandoned all rights and reserves on it. (I found it on wikipedia and anything image on wikipedia either has no rights or they have a certified notification and this image doesn't).
