Those eyes are scaring me, but the design & background matches very well.

You know, I actually feel like revenge rating you...but I won't do it. :<;

Anyway, as for your avatar: I'd say that I like N as a character. Very much. But he looks a little pixelated in your avatar. Plus, that drop shadow doesn't suit it. I'd have preferred it more if N was on a plain background. The text ruins it too. It doesn't fit where it has been placed. Overall, I'd say it is a below average avatar. So, the rating would be:

It's a bit too blury for my taste, a bit too dark and the text doesn't look that good with it. Not to mention part of it is actually cut off :x

You could easily make the white areas around your avatar transparent, it'll look a lot nicer.

A rather weird picture of Garcia, but It's pretty cool, I guess. The lower left right. Go to bed already, you damn addict XD corner is a lil too bright for me though.
