I really don't care for Alolan Raichu...I just think it'd make more sense for it to be part Water-type and actually surf and be a proper throwback to surfing Pikachu, rather than part-Psychic and just randomly float on the air. I like how the eyes are a throwback to Puka in the anime, though.
