It's a good banner and I love the circular border and the text is in a nice spot because it's darker in that area.

Same can be said for yours. Dislike the text, but the banner is pretty nice. The text doesn't match and the fact that it goes down urks me. Try putting it in a title tag or something.

The post above you has pretty simple CSS actually I don't like PPN's tutorials much.
Anyways, I like this better than before, the text is nice but use CSS to get rid of the dots under the title tags, ruins the sig. Ask me if you need to know how. 8/10
