I like the signature, and the css goes pretty well. I really like the green coloring as well. I'm not sure what anime that's from, is it from My Bride is a Mermaid?
 
It's cute and very well organized, save for one tiny thing that bugs me, and that's the fact that there's zero padding with the badges and the border. Looks very odd to me.

It's too far to the right in my opinion, and also I have no idea who that character is. The quote's cool though.

I can tell with the text and flowers and images that you probably put a great deal of work into the image composition, but I'm not sure how it's all held together - how is the heart related to the hawaiian-looking flowers, and how are they both related to the realistic flowers? I like the color scheme though.
