Hmm . . . It's a nice stock, but a bit LQ, and not very interesting. The quote doesn't really fit with the image in my opinion, although it may have some different meaning to you. I'd say 4/10.

tbh, you should get a Chatot sprite, it'd be much better than the one you have right now. And, it's far too plain.
