Nice and simple banner, I don't think "crap graphics productions" was really necessary though, I would have left is out and put the dragon link at the bottom.

Too plain, just two animations of Lucario (which I don't like), a trainer card with a bad team and a quote. That fetches you a 2.8/10 from me.
 
Trainer card is generic and the animations aren't all that appealing. :\

0/10 Badly done gifs, trainer card's generic, AND it goes over the max width limit by 75 pixels. It'd get 1/10 if not for the width of the combined images going over the limits D:
 
ermmm the C4D looks bad and the render doesn't really blend in with the whole tag
try changing the blending option on your C4D layer and maybe try add a little depth the next time
oh and get rid of the text or do something with it

You did really well with it :3

The only things I don't like is that the text isn't as long as the tag (it doesn't matter if it's used with CSS, though XD), and some of the white space around Nagisa seems a bit jagged.

i don't really like seeing trainer cards in sigs
if anything i'd say either lose the card or the pokemon and trainer
