Well, the image is bad quality and the text, for some reason, doesn't really fit. Color is just ugh. As a result, its overall 'niceness' is reduced. Idk, just doesn't look good to me. Try out some other layout, maybe? There have been a LOT of those CSS boxed layout lately. Innovation won't really hurt, would it?

The stuff that spoil it are the text and the eggs/pokémon. Try some formatting with the text as that'd kinda make it look better. The eggs/pokémon aren't needed, really.

The text is way too hard to read on the banner and the half border to make room for the text doesn't look nice. But nice banner overall.
