Umm, there is a LOT of stuff going on in your signature. From the Cheren, to the Pokemon news daily, to everyting. It gets a 4/10
 
Color combination is kinda wacky. CSS could've been used in a better way. Gifs are good. :o

It's pretty solid right now, but the text under Nami is a little bit illegible. I can tell what it says, but more from the shape of the word and not what it actually says. If that makes any sense at all.
Also I'd pull the VM Me // PM Me bit up a bit so it doesn't look completely lost down at the bottom.
 
It looks nice, is original and represents you so I give it a 9/10

Hmm... Lacks a background. Also, the joke gets old after a while, but is originally funny. So 5/10
