Very nicely done with the coding. Only thing would be that some of the text blurs together slightly.

Um.. it's nice and organized, and the text matches the banner, so that's good. XD Plus, I love right-aligned sigs. But that one piece of text without a link slightly bothers me.
 
8.10 The css thing makes it look better but I have been taught to hate centred text.
 
Quite... red. Well, the banner isn't that great, mainly because the text doesn't make any real sense and stark red doesn't really match the image. At least it's well arranged. Needs work, getting there.. 5/10

The banner confuses me, but for some reason, I think that makes me like it more. XD Um.. the userbar is nice, even though it's not the standard size. The spoiler seems... un-needed. And the little animations are... cute. XD

Overall, though, it seems kinda unorganized.
 
Some of the text in it is un-needed, like "Yunadances is hot." But overall, very neat, and professional.

It's really good but the yellow writing doesn't go with the mahogany-tomato coloured background. Don't get me wrong, I do like it but the text colour doesn't go well with the background.
