I know the rating that you will give, it's already been given. I just want different opinions, if it's so bad, then whats wrong with it? The least you can do, is tell me whats wrong with it... so then I can get better and learn from my mistakes, so just say why you give it such a low rating.

Hmm, I don't think that i've rated yours before. lol It does look good with the text inside and the banner is good, but not the best, there is always something wrong with everything... 8.9/10
