I guess it's ok, I don't know who it is. i'm not a big fan of black nail polish, so I'll give it a 6/10 to be fair.

Okay, so you have a quote in your signature from yourself. A team of Pokemon, with the words "You can click them, if you want." underneath. Just doesn't seem right, and it is organized in way, but it's still ugly. Makes my eyes burn in their pockets.

I sugges a tag, a few things related to you on PC, maybe something else, and that's it.

You might want to reorganise the signature, it's a bit random right now. I don't know why you're quoting yourself, but it's too long compared to everything else. =\

Impressive layout, I like the fact that you're able to update the individual anime listings image.

Two things though; I think the blue CSS could be #77D8F3 to match the uniform, and you could try and find a higher quality image.
