It's pretty nice. Kingdra is one of my favourites, and the colours match well. The text is organised, although the links could use some colouring.

The banner is quite nice. I think you should also color the credit part some sort of blue so that it matches completely.

I also like the hint of cyan blue that returns in both your banner and text.
Although the text in the banner doesn't bother me, I'd prefer to have seen it without.
