They are pretty much this: "malevolent deceased souls of formerly normal humans." But there are most of them are good guys. Some of them are bad. The ones I have in my signature, they are good.

@ Netto: Concise, easy to read, and well laid out. The image quality is fairly good, and the font chosen for the banner is eccentric, yet still readable.

It's ok, the three avatar size pictures has been overused at this time, imo, but it's still nice looking.
