Uhm.. well.
I don't like the pixelation of the characters in the graphics.
I know that in the old games everything was very pixely so it's kinda normal for those characters, but it still irks me none the less.
The random '...' isn't really necessary either..
My personal opinion is it would all look better centered with the text either under or below the banner.

If I had a dollar for every time someone gave a subpar rating just because they didn't "get it"...

5/10. The image looks like it was amateurishly photographed instead of scanned or photographed expertly. It's also in the bad .jpg quality (which can be somewhat excused due to it being a photo). Also, although it really doesn't have any effect, PC shouldn't be used as an image host for signature pics. Use something like Photobucket or Imageshack to host them. Text is below average. Excessive exclamation points and no capitalization.
