Organised and neat, but a bit to overused.

For some reason I saw that as a just blob when I first looked at it. But Buu is pretty much a blob anyway. xD
Background is a bit plain to the left, but otherwise ok.

I'm going to cheat for a sec and say that Usagi's is actually a lot better than 4/10. I'd give it a 7/10. Renders are nice. It's not dark... she just made the opacity a little less.

As for yours... I'd give an 8.5/10. It's really nice, great image great bg =D
