It's well...not good. There are lots of banner shops in graphics and photography, go ask someone there to make them one, because not only is this getting a tad old, it's not even that good of a abnner. I can't read most the text on it, which brings your score down a lot. Pokepets aren't good, and having a uberstrong level 99 one is just silly. 2/10

Although.. the top looks like it has just been cut of abit.
I like the background but there abit to many stars.

It;s jsut that, the signature is so common. I see this kind of stuff so much. Plus, I don't really like it being centered. But that's just pure opinion.
 
Riiight....well,5.5/10 all i seeis a render,text,brown background with nothing added and no scanlines..uget points for the box and sorta matching text,so..7.5/10

I'm tired of you rating. ALL of your signatures have those leaves in the background. You have the same exact background just different colors with a render and some text. Your Ichigo picture isn't even fully rendered, look at the top right, at least I render my own pictures... Your text isn't even creative, it's just your name. [sarcasm] Surprising! [/sarcasm]

There are scanlines in mine too, you said there weren't.

I don't even think you deserve a rating...

its just the same background w/ a different render :/..so 7/10
 
The CSS background could be shortened in width somewhat since it's kinda empty to the sides, especially on the right. The banner is okay, but there's something that bugs me about the LHS. Not entirely sure what, but it just seems odd. xD But overall it's good. 7/10
