You have a lovely red colour scheme, I like the artwork in it as well. However, I'm not too fond of how the text and images have been stacked, especially when it comes to the sprites being aligned to the right. 6/10.
 
The banner quality isn't too great, the render's opacity has been lowered too much and the background doesn't really suit it too well. The rest is well organised, but the different font for the last line looks out of place.

Eh, CSS is overused these days. It was cool while it lasted ;p.
Ive got no problems with your sig, except for the border, I think it should be a bit smaller. 9/10.
 
You lowered the opacity a bit too much, i think someone said that though ;o.
Plus the text doesnt really match the colour theme of the banner. 7/10.
 
Though I've never really been that fond of small banners, I quite like this one.
The text being aligned like that doesn't really work so well with longer (in width) banners though. It'd look better if it were below (or above) the banner.
